AirGuns of Arizona

I never do reviews, but I took the time to register to this forum in order to do a review of Airguns of Arizona. I bought my first air gun from them (Western Rattler), after doing a lot of research, (maybe too much). Anyhow, once I received the air gun, I found it to have very poor build quality (most of the reviewers are bias and benefit from a positive review...I believe). I never even looked at Airguns of Arizona's return policy before ordering. I called them the very next day and explained that it was not anything that they done wrong, I just wasn't happy with the quality of the gun. They had no problem with me returning it, and even ask me if I wanted to shoot it before I returned it. These guys are fantastic! I would VERY HIGHLY recommend that anyone in the market for an air gun, take a look at them first. Other stores will charge you a 15% restocking fee and only give you store credit if they accept a return at all. Another well-known store in Utah advertises on their site that "ALL GUNS AND AMMO SALES ARE FINAL".

it's great to see good reviews on good business.. I have seen my share of bad reviews on other places.. I have done business with AoA and pyramid air, and both have been great to do business with.. at least so far..
Dairyboy.. you got to do something that I have never once done, go to a store that sold good airguns.. be thankful for the experience of being surrounded by great airguns that most of us just look at in catalog and online... kinda of like I used to go to the toy store and look at the powder burners.. still have to look at every Henry golden boy I see.. haha
anyway yes AoA is a good place and it's really nice to see good comments.. I just cringe at some of the horror stories of some places and I am thankful for everyone on here, because there's actually scam places that you can buy airguns but never get them.. so it's good to hear others experiences..

I will say this about AOA, their website could use an update. I highly recommend calling them when you need to order anything, rather than buying online. It's by far a better experience and they go out of their way to help you and get you a better deal on shipping (usually). And at times I've gotten things that were not even listed on their website. They don't push you to buy anything. They will even tell you when you don't really need a particular item, rather than just adding it to your cart.

Yeah it was awesome! It was a good 45min trip from where we were but me and my brother in laws had a morning of time to kill so we went. Had an awesome time and got to shoulder alot of really nice guns that I never had before to get an idea. Didn't buy anything while there but was fun.

Nobody's customer service or satisfaction guaranteed beats the 60 day satisfaction guarantee at Pyramyd Air. They also, for $10, will check it out for leaks and shoot a target to make sure that it shoots accurately and if you buy it with a scope, for $20 they sight it in at 30 Yards and fire 20 shots and give you the chronograph reading

that's good, but AoA does that without charging you the extra money, all the guns even used get tested and they send a copy of the target with fps and pellet used.
