Anybody tried .219" ZAN Slugs in a RAW HM1000x?

Hey guys,
Slugged the barrels on my .22 and .25 RAW HM1000x's and found the bores to be larger than their respective caliber.
Has anyone tried ZAN .219 slugs in their RAW .22 caliber guns?

Martin at USA Airguns suggested most people prefer .217" and .218" as velocity is reduced and the pellet probe can be stressed as you go larger.
However, does anyone have experience with the .219" diameter? Since the largest dimension of the barrel exceeds .221, the .219's all things being equal should produce good accuracy....

My RAW .22 LW Poly Non-Choked barrel measured .2213 when slugged.
I tried a .218" ZAN slug last night and there was some friction relative to my .217" ZAN slugs (where there is none).

My .177 ZAN slugs for my .177 cal. LW Poly Non-Choke barrel are noticeably tighter.

Just trying to determine if I should spend $80 .... buying the .219" from ZAN - shipping is very expensive.

Spiral, what speed/tune is your .22? I saw some Olympia slugs that were very long on PA's website but didn't check diameter availability, they were 17gr and LONG. Griffin slugs off of ebay has a plethora of .22 sizes, weights and diameters and are swaged, very well made. Also just check .22 slugs there, many people are making them, CBD out of Texas makes some but do know diameters.....a clean barrel really helps accuracy.

As always, thanks Randy :) .

I want to shoot the ZAN slugs at least 850 to 900 fps. So far even the tighter .177 Zan slugs do that.
In my 10 yards range I can see the difference in command between looser and tighter slugs.

Kirk, I hope you find THE SLUG for your .22 RAW! So far thru my barrel, 920-950fps seems optimal with slugs.
