Walking it out

Yesterday i got to wondering how many miles i walked out to the 100y rack.

I shot 5 cards 20 shots each, every 5 shots i walk down and back checking my hits ( i got optics ) ,. So thats 800 yards per card x 5 4000y ÷ 1760 comes to 2.272 miles. No wonder i was glad to pull my boots off that evening..lol ( check my math it hurts to do it ,i needs Excedrin )

Now will it knock off some this beer and pok rib gut ?

I have a Bushnell spotting scope that never gets used. Lmk if you might be interested. Then again, exercise is good!
Thanks...

Ya, i thought about one a few times . Like my scopes probably collect more dust the use. Then more to drag out and put up . The x16 binoculars don't see them all . Like here i had to hold it up to the sky so light shines through the holes just to get a picture and still near missed one . So 100 y away its walk and look anyway. On the rack near invisible . Reactive targets too costly as much as i shoot

DYI shoot and see . bright poster board , cover in clear box sealing tape ( yes pain in a@@ ) spray paint over tape .
Yw, but when that .89¢ spray paint went to $2.98. ...lol. It's hard to build back better when you cant afford a cheap can of spray paint to finish ot up.. 😭

I also got multi colored tad thicker copy paper . I used yellow today but .... It also has red, blue and green maybe a orange? I think i do have some extra rolls clear box tape .. ill try it next go round and see..

cut a hole in cardboard to use as a mask , spray dot with different color paint , or use white out to draw
Used to use packing/sealing tape (PIA), then I got smart & bought a cheap roll of clear, self adhesive laminate from a "dollar" store. 12" x 48" roll. Now it's WAY easier to make splatter targets with day glo posterboard & cheap, flat black, rattle can paint. I use red or orange self sticking dots as my aim point.
