Are they all functioning. I have a 6 and it seems to be functioning well. What are the regulator problems people are having. Creep?I’ve personally had five different RTI regs, still have four of them.

It is currently installed. If and when I take it apart again, I’ll snap a photo. Will you post a picture of your valve?
That looks like the old style valve. The new one is all black with no spring guide.Take a look at the pictures. This is the valve I ordered with a Prophet 2 this January 2023.
I recommend if you insert the new valve, remove the sharp edges of the spring, before inserting. It can damage the o-ring inside.

My first reg would creep alright.. over a 24 hour period the pressure between the tank and rifle would equalize.. the 2nd reg started to creep badly in a couple of weeksAre they all functioning. My gun has sat for over a week with no shift in psi. I guess mine is good.My first reg would creep alright.. over a 24 hour period the pressure between the tank and rifle would equalize.. the 2nd reg started to creep badly in a couple of weeks
(I can deal with a small amount of creep) but the new reg kept getting worse. I got a rebuild kit for the 2nd reg. After a good cleaning I installed the kit but never used the reg. That rifle I don't swap barrels (22lr barrel) and only shoot the 25gr pellets so I use a fixed reg set at 145b... It's been flawless and shoots spot on.
The regs on my 2 compacts have a small amount of creep but nothing to get in a twist over..
The RTI reg is aggravating that's for sure. Might want to consider a fixed reg.. they work quite well.. price isn't bad either..I believe that polishing the internals can resolve inconsistencies and refresh rates, but regulator creep tends to be a leaking issue. The design, in my opinion, is not optimal. RTI is sending me new internals. Their customer service is great, but shipping with them takes FOREVER. $1800 paper weights are not my thing.
The problem with that regulator is the you lose your bottle pressure gauge. On the. Prophet Performance and Prophet 2, the main pressure gauge is on the regulator with the second gauge. Not on the bottle as shown in the pictures on the Ebay listing.Just in case.. (nothing like throwing more money at an already expensive rifle..yeah it aggravates me too) but this should fix it once and for all

RTI - Priest, Prophet MK1/2 P3 - Adjustable Pressure Bottle Regulator. UK Made. | eBay
RTI - Priest / Prophet MK1 & MK2. (You can use the original one supplied on your RTI Regulator, or buy Opt 2:, or what sort you want from a good Paintball Supplies). Typically regulate output pressure to 12.5bar (6%) over 200bar pressure drop.www.ebay.com
Oh crap . I forgot!! the P2 doesn't have the tether port in the rear. The P1 has it... I removed mine and installed a gauge when I went the the fixed reg on one of my prophets. well darn it... I thought I had something for you. (Well it will still work but would need to use a tester to set it)The problem with that regulator is the you lose your bottle pressure gauge. On the. Prophet Performance and Prophet 2, the main pressure gauge is on the regulator with the second gauge. Not on the bottle as shown in the pictures on the Ebay listing.
That would make more sense. The description claims the gauge reads bottle pressure. This would mean you lose the reg gauge.
