Right at 147 FPE. Very nice. Dang I thought I had the market cornered for those heavy slugs lol. The 75's shoot very similar to the 80's for me. Just about all of his slugs from 60 grain to 85 grain are very accurate.

Getting about 11 shots at the power level. More than I’ll ever need for my type of hunting.Beast mode power, great accuracy, beautiful gun,.....what is there not to like ?
Absolutely, that is the way I see it.....I'm good with 10 shots out of my guns.Getting about 11 shots at the power level. More than I’ll ever need for my type of hunting.
I’m drooling over these ballistics. More energy at 300 then I’m getting at the muzzle with my maverick tunned for 44.8 pelletsAbsolutely, that is the way I see it.....I'm good with 10 shots out of my guns.
I have the tungsten hammer but don’t know what it weighs. So what you are saying could be a factor. Got some 80 AVS in the mail today and will test them at 100 in the am along with the other weights. I did chrome a few at 950 this morning. So 160fpe, I’m pretty happy with that. That’s the biggest slug that will fit in the mag anyway. My thoughts are if it doesn't go faster with more pressure then the valve simply isn't being forced open enough or the valve itself is limiting the gun. We know the valve is much bigger than my maverick so that can't be the issue. That leaves me looking at the hammer relationship. Perhaps even with more hammer spring the lighter hammer just won't deliver enough energy to give you more power. May require a heavier hammer... I myself use a 26 gram hammer along with a stronger hammer spring to open it up at 200+ bar. The only other thing I can think of is barrel length not being long enough to take advantage of the air being used but still it should keep increasing velocity no matter what the barrel length is given an increase in pressure.
