EVOL .22 Mini - My experience….

Well after watching many of Dana Webb’s videos on the Evol Mini 22, I had to try one on for size. Spoiler Alert…… It was AWESOME 😎

Nice guns, I wish they would have come up with a more classy brand, it looks like a 5 year old drew EVOL on the action

It seems that this old thread was dig up and used to poope on the OP's happiness with his purchase and to spread misinformation and opinion by non-owners.
I don’t have hav to own everything in Walmart to have an opinion about anything.
I can read, watch reviews and make up my mind.

Unless you care greatly about build quality, which I’m sure some ppl do. This gun is overpriced in terms of performance.

I enjoy nice airguns and have had the chance to try many of them. Some of the things I feel AAA and the Evol bring to the table are solid design, supporting an American company, ruggedness, high quality tensioned TJ barrel, excellent drop-in trigger. Is the value for the price 100% there, maybe/maybe not. People who own them love them.

IMO - shot count isn't everything, having a bottle isn't everything, etc.

I love mine. Have 3. Magnon, Mini, and hps. Having gone through owning several other brands IMO these are hands down the best built currently out there in the airgun world. Price is high but when you look at some of the other high end airguns the quality just is not there. Ill point out FX is one of these and Ill probably draw the FX guys out of the woodwork to attack. EvoLs are no doubt bench worthy but are best suited for hunting. As far as some saying they are limited on power. That is not an issue in any way at all. Want to shoot heavy slugs well over 1000 fps. It can be done. Sure there will be that loss of shot count and not having a bottle is not going to help in any way. But again. These are more for hunting and built to be durable in the field.

its a hunter thats it no shot count and accuracy is good but no bench gun of course not made for that, build is great mags are ok kinda finiky with rotation
The magazines are easy to work on. There's 4 holes to seat the spring leg in. Just rotate the spring to the next hole for the right amount of tension so the mag fully rotates. Although, for $98 a magazine, the magazine tension should be set properly from the factory. All airguns have their quirks and nothing is perfect.

Well, they offer the Paradigm with a thumbhole stock in walnut and 2 different laminate stocks. The engraved Paradigm logo in cursive script font looks pretty classy to me I must say. I'm digging mine.
