New look for my crown

Very nice setup indeed. I love my Impact M3 and Wildcat BT, but I so want to add a Crown to my FX arsenal. So clean and elegant.

I did the same thing. The 380MM barrel is the perfect thing for this gun.

The H&N slugs were on par with the 18’s, but were better at 100…It’s been almost a year since I shot slugs in the crown and it will be a few before I make it to a 100 yard range

You guys are sending those 18’s fast

I’m going to shoot EFT with slugs this month and see how I do….

I thought so too, but they seem stable at high speed. I tuned my down to 900 purely to get better shot count. I’m thinking it’s time to try my luck with some slugs though. What diameter were you using in those 21gn?

Try 20 grain NSA in .217 or .2165 size, you can get them to mid 800fps comfortably and it will out run pellets at 100 yards by a large margin.

Mine liked the .218 slugs, but I know ghostranger has a crown that likes the .217 and another one likes the .218…

Nothing too impressive. Just a barrel swap.
Going from 600mm to a 380mm. But MAN WHAT A DIFFERENCE. looks and feels like a completely different gun. I’m so happy with this setup. Still got some good power too. Bullpups eat your heart out!

One of the things I love about the 380 is how light weight it feels.
