From what I've seen they don't move a lot anyway, but cold they should let you get up close and personal.

cold weather and snow, yes sir, bring it on. It brings me Starlings, by the bunch, a little pile of dry cat food to bait them to my shooting areas,, out the back window. Got to go now and shoot some more, pickup dead ones and rebait.
