This is my 100 meters .25 cal BR gun. And I am using a one-piece rest as well.
So far I am pulling the buttstock into my arm and that PL is my anchor point also the eye box. The adjustable rings as is now covering 50-200.

Next I want to try something new to me, a real BR scope setup. Pull the scope back as much needed and I want to sit completely behind the gun/rest, without a cheek weld.
But that OEM Impact picatiny rail has only that one dedicated position.
Any idea what could be done?

Time for some hacking! Remove the scope rail. Remove the cheek rest. Set a picatinny rail section wear you want. There are many available online like this or better.

Mark it. Remove top section of impact, drill, tap. Done! Well you may want to put slots in the picatinny rail section for windage adjustment.

I think because it will be under the cheek rest you can put back to stock without too much issue or use that airmarksman backbone rail to hack on.
