Crown MKII hammer adjustment

Picked up a new Crown MKII 25 today and played a bit with it. Now I am ready to do some tuning.
I started raising the reg pressure and ran out of hammer @ 135 bar. I could not get the NSA 26 gr slugs past 810 fps.
Now I want to adjust the hammer tension that interacts with the power wheel .
Before I even got started I watched a couple videos and got conflicting info. One said counter clockwise increased tension and the other said clockwise did.
Which is it?
I have seen posts here that indicate I should be able to get those slugs into the low to mid 900 fps range without any modifications.

Thanks Douger!! I hated to even ask that question. Intuition told me clockwise but I got myself a lot of extra work diving into my other guns without asking questions.

So now I need to find out what I can get out of those NSA slugs then maybe go up in weight. I was unimpressed at he low speeds.
no problem thats why we are here, hope you get it shooting well as the crown is a awsome platform

Thanks guys. Took the Crown out after making some initial adjustment to the hammer spring tension. Had to go a bit further than I anticipated with the tension but I was able to get the NSA 26.8’s to 970 fps On PW setting 20. Mrshosted, I took your advice after looking at the cam. Running on position 23 looked dicey.
Backed the wheel down to 13 and it was shooting FX 25.39 pellets @ 885.
could only get to 30 yards but the pellets were literally same hole and the slugs just very slightly larger than that. Good starting point. Hopefully this weekend I can stretch it out and see where I am. Think I am going to like this Crown a lot.

You need to reach out to @Mrshosted for his upgraded power wheel. The factory one gets chewed up fast and you will see inconsistencies from the chewed up power wheel. Worth every penny.
Thanks. I saw pictures of them and assumed from the marked positions they were for the MKI. I will reach out and get the details from him.
