Talk about best in class customer service: Edgun Spain

Recently, I was lucky enough to run into Francisco from Edgun.Shop in Spain. Nice, humble, all around great guy. All I can say is from his website’s layout, ease of ordering, and how fast and well packaged my items were, I couldn’t be more pleased. I will say the Edgun West is also a phenomenal dealer. Between the two of them, I’m glad to support them with my business. These guys and AoA are my top 3.

I’ve had similar experience with Francisco. Can’t say the say about Brian at edgunwest, but it’s hit or miss with everyone. Either way, I’m glad you’ve had good experiences with both!

Thanks. Brian’s been good to me too. I’d originally shipped my L1 for a repair but decided to get the parts that were available from Francisco and fix myself. Both those guys are professionals. Hope you have good luck with them in the future.

I've had good experience with both. Edgun Spain has been a little more consistent in responding to e-mail concerns, but both have been good.

I stayed with Francisco in Phoenix for EBR. I was pretty busy and barely was there, but he is on point on his thorough knowledge of Airguns. I wouldn't hesitate in buying from him given his professionalism and knowledge of the products he sells.

Francisco is a great asset for Edgun owners, more than I can say for some other distributors in my own country. 1st class service, timely responses to any question, willing to help.

I've heard folks kvetch about Brian @ EGW, but - my experience couldn't be further from that - dude has dealt with whatever I've thrown his way (and there's been some real crap tossed his way) and been SUPER awesome about it. Appreciate him very much

Edgun Spain is the only place i found a.177 barrel ,great shopping , just terrible Customs in Chicago = 14 days in Chicago.
