New Uragan wont fill...

Its an Uragan 1 just got it from Kral, installed Huma reg, unfortunately will not fill with air from tank or from compressor leaks out the barrel, tried cocking it, tried slow fill no difference seems like valve lock, not a good start , tried hitting the butt with book... Might have to open it up and reduce hammer spring tension....Thoughts Appreciated...

Yes tried that did not work...

Unscrew some turns the spring of the hammer and try again.

try a blast of air from tank might seat the valve maybe
