I don't have one of these but I am intrigued, mechanically speaking.
Is that a restrictor kit that was shipped uninstalled with your gun? It sure looks like a set of brass plugs with a simple tapped hole that you can retrieve using the supplied screw. If they work anything like the transfer port restrictor screw adjustment in a gen 1 marauder, they simply mechanically block part of the cross-sectional flow area when they are inserted. All of these appear to be identical brass plugs. Perhaps they were intended to be machined down somehow to vary the cross-sectional area of the air transfer port, depending on the maximum power regulations for the country it is intended to be shipped to. The pocket that they are sitting in appears to be threaded so it looks like they just slip in and there is a cover screw of some sort. Is that correct?
So I take it that yours came with the one that is shown installed in your photo? Try pulling it out and comparing its length to the others. I'll bet that you will find that the one installed in yours, intended for the US, is shorter than the others, allowing full flow area and thus full power.
It should be easy enough and harmless to pull it out and examine. I would guess that the full power plug is short enough so that it just fills the side port access hole with the cover screw without restricting the flow area. In other words the inside end of the restrictor fits flush with the chamber inside for full power.
Let us know what you find out. As others have already posted, you can probably lower your power for field Target with other adjustments, and keep the full power dummy restrictor plug in place.
