Derrick Wall @zx10wall shoots the 1st perfect score 48/48 at the TexTreme Field Target match. Derrick was shooting a .30 Cricket Tactical with 50.1 grain JSB pellets at 870 fps.

Congratulations Derrick, great shooting!

Great shooting Derrick... I think that is the same gun or its twin that shot 100Y BR at 2021 EBR to finish 8th in Pro Division. You da man!!!

Thank you, Mike.

It is indeed the one that I competed with at EBR ‘21.

I’ve won an EFT with its twin also but perfection came with this one.

It was an awesome day that I’ll never forget. Thank you Lord.

Thank you buddy. You should think about joining us sometime. Sure is an absolute great time with fantastic folks!
@zx10wall I intend to at least come out to observe once my work schedule permits it. I try to follow match results that Ron posts. Good show bro. It’s even more impressive that you tuned your gun to do that with 50 grain pellets.

Impressive indeed.
Congratulations.
Please share anything you can about the gun, modifications and setup.
I’m just certain I would only hit X’s if I just had the right doodad, and no wind, and better vision, and insert plausible excuse here…

Again,
WEll DONE!!!
Really just my regular tune for a harmonized system. Slight port and polish on the barrels transfer port. Reg set to 120 bar. As said, 50s at what I’ve found as their sweet spot, 870 fps. The Cricket easily punches these out with little effort, utilizing a large plenum & great reg. The LW polygonal barrel on the .30 is just so sweet at a 1:29.9 twist.

My scope is a Athlon Helos 8-34X56. It tracks very good. Clarity is more than acceptable. I utilize the Scope-Werks turret knob and build a scope tape with Chairgun which I verify with Strelok and validate in practice. Dial your yardage and knock it down!

As far as honing in with shooting skills, well, this takes patience and honesty with yourself. Find your comfort. Don’t strain to get on your target. Breathing technique is a big key as well. I’m considering holding a clinic to share more details. I’ve gathered techniques from many. I recognize those who have invested in me (Ron, Mike, JT, Bobby).

Thank you for your compliments, Lewis.

It is really very generous of you to share so much. I really appreciate you letting us in on your tune, tools, and techniques. When you run a clinic you could call it the ZX10Wall TTT. I'm in!

Congrats Derrick! Amazing shooting. Nobody has cleared one here in AZ yet, not even come very close actually.

@Podna, Art, do you have the stats to work up an Xtreme Troyer Factor on the Sept 3 course? (distance and kill zone size)

Not trying to take anything away from Derrick's outstanding accomplishment, simply would like to know. Troyer Factor's have long been used in regular FT to give interested parties an idea of the course, without having been there-a reference point if you will. And that's why I extrapolated it for Xtreme, to hopefully give us a frame of reference as this becomes more popular and more and more clubs are hosting them across the country.
