HW110 & Vortex.Diamondback FFP

Rifle came in the optics came in I sat down and put it all together this afternoon tried one pellet the Crossman 10.5 in the brown box. Shot this group 10 shots at 30 yards. First group after working up zero. Rifle is shooting these pallets at 900 ft per second with an SD around 3. That's about 18 and a half foot pounds. All I can say right now is wow. If you buy this rifle you get what you paid for.

Nice. I have the .22 caliber.

I’d be interested in how many shots you get on the regulator with your .177
Just an estimate at this point but it looks like three mags.

Looks like 36 shots on reg and another four or five before the group starts to drop off a dime at 30 yards.

Nice looking rig OldSpook, congrats.

One of the "regulars" at my field target club essentially aged out (bad back) about two years ago. He was selling off all his equipment and his gun was a HW100 or 110? in .20. He'd let me shoot it a time or two in the couple years that we both attended matches and I looked REALLY serious at buying it when he listed it. Took a while to talk myself out of it. Very nice guns.

Congratulations on receiving both, the HW is gorgeous! HW's are built solid and known for their accuracy, not too high powered nor efficient but oh so reliable, luv old school PCP's still!
That's because, like other European rifles, the HW100 was designed around sub 12 fpe power levels. At 11 fpe, my HW100 carbine is very efficient, 80+ shots on reg, and that's with the short cylinder. I can't see ever cranking the power back up, it's the perfect yard gun.
