Last year we arranged around 10 ponds to hit, jumped on the Mule, and spent all night going from one location to the next. If you have never been Frogging with an airgun you'll most likely never pick up a Frog gig again haha. Also it's an easy one to get access doing. Just go on Google maps or OnX Hunt App(better choice) and find ponds around your area that look like they would be a good habitat for frogs. Once you find ponds just go knocking on doors asking if you could hunt frogs with your pellet rifle. If you are polite, offer to give the land owner some fresh Frog legs after the hunt, and look like a trustworthy individual you will have a good chance of getting access to shoot frogs. I have around a 90% rate when knocking on doors trying to find a pond to hunt.

This 2022 Bullfrog Season is going to be killer! Running 2 Impacts, Night Vision, and some lightweight .22 slugs moving quick!

I have to thin them out of my pond every year, or else they will overpopulate. My S510 with a .177 hades is my favorite set up for bull frogs. That .177 hades does a number on them with a head shot. Awesome little pellet.
Oh yeah, the Hades work well in all calibers! The .177 would be perfect for Bullfrogs. I have used the .30 hades on many frogs and its a bit much, but all the meat is in the legs so ot works quite well

I bet, I’ve killed some with a .25 hades and the exit wound is something else. I went nuts this year hunting with a .177. Took a couple big turkeys with a .177 hades. They dropped instantly with a head shot.

That's what the rifle was shooting last year for Frogs. Had it setup for .25 Hades moving at around 930fps. Hits hard!

The .177 is a great projectile! I wish they would consider allowing airguns for Turkey Season here in Missouri! It's hard to beat a spring or fall morning chasing a big Tom!
It’s surprising they allow it here in California. The vineyard I hunt is infested with big long beards.
