Looking for New Hampshire airgunners

You guessed it, I am moving, again. I know to some people, I move around like a jackrabbit on meth.

My former employer decided two people in the same role was two many so, last in first out. However, my old manager from Denmark hooked me up with a company in Boston working on the offshore wind stuff. I have 6 year of hands-on experience in offshore wind from my time working in Denmark. Ironically, I was originally hired by the company in Denmark to work as an offshore wind safety guy in North America, but things got delayed 10 years. Now I am in the industry I want to be in, offshore wind, with better pay and hours and very importantly, I get to be much closer to a special someone. 

So in addition to rebuilding my air rifle collection (firearms is pretty good), and life again, I need to find new permissions, which I don't seem to have a problem doing through the miracle of donuts. (spend for the good ones, trust me they make a difference.)

Though there was a delay, the Uragan Compact aka Shadow will be here tomorrow.

@Scotty1 Thanks, I am excited about the move, though a ton to plan. Plus I have another gun project coming after Shadow, which will be called Pryvyd which is Ukrainian for "The Ghost".

Only 20min south from NH is Mass Rifle Association to shoot Field Target, and Northeast Airguns. Heading southwest you'll run into New England Airguns. You shouldn't have any problems finding places and others to shoot with.

Welcome to the free state of NH. I've not sought permission sites but it's easy enough to find your own property with space to shoot. Plenty of chipmunks around.

Welcome! I live in the southern part of the state. Lots of small farms around (dairy, chicken, crops). I was at one last fall and saw at least a half dozen good size rats near the turkey pens. I'm sure others are in the same boat. 

What area are you moving to?

I am looking at Manchester, I will be 3 days in Boston and 2 remote work.

Beware the commute time. I'm West of Manchester a decent bit, rush hour to Boston is 2.5hrs due to traffic. It's not a pleasant commute at prime times. NY area, people know how to move, it's 70 mph bumper to bumper. New England, everyone is crawling and on the brakes. Nervous, indecisive drivers in MA, make highway traffic really messy.

Yeah a daily commute would suck. Fortunately I’ll be able to spend part of the week working remotely. When I need to be in Boston I’ll get a hotel, bnb or I’ll be working offshore on the wind farm installation and my client will absorb indirectly absorb all logging costs. The client is just happy I’m willing to move to the region full time.

I'm in Derry. (just south of Manch) My wife needs to commute in sometimes. Not fun, but not the end of the world. Depends on the timing. 

You shouldn't have too much trouble finding some permissions in the surrounding towns. Plenty of medium sized farms.

Howdy, wanted to let you all know I am “in the house” probably settling in Nashua area for logistical sake. Searching mode now to meet some local airgunners and permissions until hunting season begins in the Fall.

I'm in CT but 20 min from the MA border, may not ne a regular thing but nh isn't all that far , depending on where

Welcome to NH, I am in Amherst. You are correct about the size of the states, we ,ok I, always say I had to go through 3 states as opposed to driving 3 hours.
