Sounds like a good problem to have.Normally we shoot at 50 and 100 meters. Lately I've been training mainly with my Sinner for the last 100 meter match. Now I also won a Panthera in a lottery and I have to get back to work on it. As soon as I continue with the JTS, I will report. I have to many rifles.
Thinking about showing up to this one. I’ll have the Crosman FT Challenger on hand with a bunch of new Benjamin single die pellets as well. Also future endeavors that Airgun Revisions will be bringing to the FT community.Palmyra Sportsmen's Association (near Hershey, PA) - Indoor Field Target - Sunday, December 10, 2023.
Targets are placed at ranges between 10 yards and 22 yards. This event is a great way to get introduced to field target, have fun, or practice for the upcoming outdoor season.
Targets will be set to an AAFTA legal difficulty for standing position shots. If you are an experienced FT shooter, we encourage you to shoot the entire course standing. You are not required to shoot the standing position, there are no position restrictions for this event, shoot whatever positions you feel comfortable.
Since the targets are not placed at long distances, this event provides an opportunity to use guns more suited to shorter distances. You may consider shooting a multi-pump pellet gun (no BBs), pistols, or guns that shoot at lower energy levels than required for the outdoor game.
The course is 5 lanes with two targets per lane, 2 shots per target. Courses are set using rifle difficulty, but you can shoot with pistol.
Guns must not exceed 20 fpe (foot-pounds of energy) at the muzzle.
This event is held in our clubhouse on our indoor rifle range. We will be open for sign-ups between 9AM and 1PM. Cost is $5 per round, you can re-enter as many times as time allows.

@Airgunfanatic59 But your BS posts are a bad idea.Looks like a great idea
My understanding has been you don't want to go too polished on the compression tube because moly paste needs something to adhere to. I do go finer on the piston and spring ends but never anything finer than 1500.I too
I've been doing the cleaning rod in the drill thing thing with 600grit sandpaper and then 1500grit and then 14000grit stropping compound. Got the job done and got it done real nice, but is a major pain.
senile airgunners are in abundance here.
I can understand the 13 and 25gr pellets not shooting well. But the 18 grain pellets should have done well. If you tried them in the 850 to 930fps range and they sucked, then you definitely have a gun problem. I had a .25 Krait and it shot several pellets pretty good. But it shot only one pellet great. I would think the 18.1 would have the best chance of being the great pellet. You needing hammer weight is another thing that baffles me. How come nobody else needs it to shoot over 135b? I had no trouble cracking the valve with my Krait at 140b and had plenty of hammer spring left to go. Maybe you just got a bum gun. I know I did. Got rid of it.
