Just going and shooting at CMP matches is a humbling experience and that’s if I’m having a good day. I don’t practice or work nearly as hard on this as I did shooting pb rifles. I’m going to have fun with it but a lot of these younger shooters are impressive. I’ve also noticed several high school aged shooters who are clearly participating in school connected shooting teams, something I’d never heard of before.

I usually change gauges on everything. I don't have one in my possession yet to measure. I do have digi calipers. My friend who lives in another state is going to be using the gauges I take off but is trying to finish his stock now and wants to know the diameter. He will just have to wait until I do finally get one and measure them because nobody knows the diameter.

Yes Vibra-tite VC3 is the best threadlocker I've tried. I've tried every threadlocker I could get my hands on. VC3 is the best imo. I prefer to buy several of the little squeeze tubes at a time rather than the glass jar with applicator. The whole jar tends to cure before you use it all. So, with cheap little squeeze tubes, if an opened squeeze tube cures before you use it all you're just out one tube and a couple dollars.

almost want to buy one just to see how it works ? anyone have one ?

I bought one new when they first came out. Did not work properly. Sometimes it would not feed a pellet, then you would get a dryfire. My first 100 round I bet I had 10 dryfires. Sent it back, I think the problem was traced back to the magazine. Magazine got redesigned and then the worked fine.
Have a friend who I recommended one to and he has shot the heck out of it no issues.
