PCP Pistol  SOLD Crosman Mark I .22 Target pistol and Vintage Sink The Fink Target

Both are a blast from the past, acquired from a neighbor and good friend.. Ive owned both for 8 yrs and never shot the target but a couple times.. had to put a o-ring on screw in knob where C02 cartridge loaded. I bought the whole seal kit but at the time only needed that one to stop leaking, after sitting for awhile gun started to leak elsewhere so never messed with it anymore so will need resealed, still have kit minus 1 oring but not sure if they are still good.. cheap to buy.
The target is cool as you shoot the little paddle and drop the Fink, it has a long spool of monofilament line to bring back to where you shoot to reset target.. perfect for winter indoor pistol practice.. target is from late 60s to early 70s according to my neighbor, said he had it set up in his apartment back then.
Included is chrony numbers from when I chronied gun.
Gun has original box in VG -Excellent condition, owners manual and a older tin of Crosman pellets..
Selling as pkg deal, 135.00 for gun and 80.00 for target- 215.00 pl act shipping determined by buyers zip.

Beeman  Beeman R9 Tune

ARH kits tend to last longer, the newer cocking shoe on my old style R9 resulted in me having to elongate the cocking lever opening about 3/4" So a word to the wise, be sure to cock your R9 slowly to see if the new style cocking shoe is going to work without some "woodwork"
I put one in backwards by hurry up goof and had that.

EDgun  How to identify slug vs pellet magazines for Leshiy 2

Hello @RobertNoPest , welcome to AGN 👋

Thanks very much. We don't do business with Edgun West. I see the Edgun shop is in Spain. The nice thing about buying directly from Europe: No VAT charged. It somewhat offsets the shipping costs for small, light items. We will have a look at the Edgun shop.

Perhaps a new H&N pellet design?

Yes, H&N always look after their customers and they continue to look for ways to improve their products and services as well. I have been using their pellets/slugs for awhile now I have gotten great results in my guns. In particular the 25gr Gen2 slugs in my FX Impact MK2.

Thru my personal experience with lots of testings and finding the right slugs for my Impact, I can tell you that not every gun will shoot well (INITIALLY) with any one particular size, weight and calibre, pellets or slugs. Most people don't realize that their barrels, Reg pressure, Hammer Spring and speed of projectile greatly influence the accuracy of such projectile. There is a "perfect tune" for each projectile that just works, but user have to find that out by playing around with the Reg/HS/Speed.

A small increase or decrease in speed can alter the accuracy of a perfectly tuned gun. I was shooting my FX Impact MK2 with the H&N 25gr Gen2 slugs in size .218 very accurately out to 100 yards at a tuned speed of 984fps during the Summer time. Recently my accuracy was affected by the colder temperature and I lost 15-20 fps. Luckily I was able to make minor adjustment to the valve and I got my accuracy back again even at the new lower speed of 967 fps.

Moral of the story is, don't discard a projectile being no good whether it is pellet or slug before giving them a fair amount of testing time by adjusting your power setup. Once you get the right setup with your gun (harmonic tune) and the projectile, enjoy the fun of hitting the target repeatedly. That is why we enjoy this crazy hobby of air gunning, isn't it?

FX  FX Maverick cocking rod screw replacement??

I've got two Mavericks, never have bent a rod, properly adjusted the block stops about .04 short of the back. You may want to put a brass/steel bushing in the pivot of the cocking handle, I had one on my used gun that was horribly elongated, but the owner was brutal on the gun, broke lots of things.
I've seen dozens and dozens of bent rods. It was a known issue to FX/FX USA as well. Unless they changed the rod material / spec, and tightened up the tolerances on the connected parts then any of them can get bent over time as a matter of simple physics.

As far as the idea using brass or steel bushings goes, I never would have done anything like that. I wanted the factory lever parts gone. My personal rifle's cocking lever was horrendously sloppy out of the box, and they did a real minimum bar type job with the design of the lever linkage pin that started to work it's way out on me right away so I fabricated a fail proof lever action and press fit polished pin from a specific grade of Toolox (that doesn't gaul to this Ti) that I had that seats in a counterbore in the lever. Luckily FX made the linkage from steel and not AL. It's the only part on the lever system worth keeping IMO, so I never bothered to make another one.

I machined / polished my lever to a +/- 0.0001" tolerance that eliminated lateral slop without causing wear to the action. There's ways to tighten up the factory lever, but I went about it the correct way by making one with the right tolerance. The other design goal that I had for it was to add a lever retention feature so the lever stays in the closed position, because that floppy factory lever really pissed me off. This video shows what I'm talking about:

The system has been working perfectly for close to 2 years and somewhere north of 10,000 shots (and 2 NRL22 seasons). Spent way more time on it than I should have, but I'll never have to make another one.

P.S. - I would take great care of the probe carrier part #20304. The one that shipped with my rifle is made from (O2?) tool steel, and the replacements are poorly machined 6xxx AL. The tolerances on this new part suck, the one I got from FX USA was ~0.28mm too large and the thread for the rod wasn't straight at all (off by 8-9 degrees).

Other  What features would your dream PCP have?

Foster fittings sure beat fill probes, in my opinion.
I cant think of a better method, than a foster fitting to be honest.
I used to think the same way, but I've mellowed on fill probes through the ownership of my Huben - it is really well executed on it, and I can see it having some advantages over just a foster fitting - especially when coupled with something like the Edgun Eazyfill valve.

That said, I think the fact that there is no standardization on fill probes is a big deal - I have three guns that use fill probes and none of them can be interchanged. That is the problem. If things were set up with the customer in mind, fill probes should be standardized. Imagine if cars took multiple gas station "fill probes"? It has taken a while, but even EVs are no beginning to coalesce around one standard. Let's get to only two options: either a standard fill probe or the base foster fitting.

Daystate Workshop Guides

We have now added a guide to the online videos for Air Wolf. Just the stripdown at the moment, assembly will follow and then we will be adding them both to Workshop Guides in the new year.
Hello Daystate
This is an excellent endeavor.
Thank you
Tell me please!
When do you anticipate publishing a guide for the Huntsman Regal XL?
