Did your Diana’s prefer smaller head sizes? The side-lever Dianas have strong chokes which they need, so unless you have the means to re-choke the barrel after shortening (like John in PA would be equipped & skilled to do) you are better off shortening the barrel from the breech end (quite a bit trickier), or best yet, leave it as is.
I've had three sidelever Dianas (a 48, a 52 and a 54), and see no reason myself to go for shorter barresl. These guns are short, with excellent balance, as is. YMMV.
That rifle saddle looks nice. This is the saddle clamp I bought. All metal & SOLID construction. For $60ish I got a setup that usually costs closer to $200!

I couldn’t agree more, a 30” would indeed be the happy medium!I have both in .22 shooting pellets. The shorter requires 100-125 more psi HP for the same FPS. I’m the kind of person that is always wondering what would be best……. My twisted mind tells me a 30” would be ideal.
Merry Christmas to you as well, I haven't used it out yet. It seems to be well made and feature packed. I need to read the manual to make sure that I understand how to use it. The great white scba tank is full so I have air to shoot for a bit. I'm very grateful for the gift!I too was gifted a T032 recently. Tops off my 4 tanks (15, 30, 45 & 60 minutes) in less time than it took to do one tank with my YH! Merry Christmas to you!
Yes it is. Hated the color so I coated them.Is that the Krawford chassis and Gigarail?
