RWS  Any reason a barrel can’t be drilled & lined from .177 or .22 to .25?

What does it matter to you if he keeps responding on an open public forum?
You are absolutely right.I missread into his responses . And who is he to say that it is not a good idea . I to would like to know if a Diana 177 could be drilled and reline with a 22 cal liner. I think it could , and what about the money , most of our hobbies are expensive. There are many members on this forum that might have a more positive impute .Years ago friend had an old 22. Rim fire resleeved. Worked great

Thanks. Been lurking on this forum a while, have read the linked thread. (y)

Tuning  Converting Co2-Revolver to PCP

Froggy's does have a Saf-pak that goes into the block of the chaser and fills to 2400 psi but only gives a dozen shots or so but at a much higher velocity I have one that I'm not using...
I know modding tuning and tinkering is a lot of fun, but if I was looking for that amount of pressure I would simply go with the Diana Stormrider (unregulated Gen 1) - filled up to 2900 PSI it shoots on 1000fps+. Since the regulated Gen2 is out, the Gen1s are quite cheap. Same for the Diana Bandit (also fits in the Chaser stock with minor adjustements) - and simply use the long barrel of the chaser. A baser. Or a chandit ;)

It looks like you want to exceed your Benjamin Marauder .22 in terms of power

whats the best budget moderator for avenger .22?

so then lyou dont need a adapter? im new to this ,so still learning. so if you buy the buckrail , you DONT need an adapter? thanks guys for all your awesome advice. cheers!
No need for a adapter. All you need to do is unscrew the end cap and also remove the shroud bushing. The ldc replaces all of that. It only adds about 4 inches to the length.

Air Venturi  avenger soon! how do you like the plastic stock/ strong enough?

Its cheap plastic. BUT, its very lightweight and strong. Really not that bad. I replaced mine. Its a .22 with pretty much everything possible done to it.

LOVE the "Flying Tigers" sharkmouth. (I'm a WWII aircraft buff)

any one out there with the best tune for avenger 14.3 grn. around 890 fps?

ok so thank you very mcuh. greatly appreciate. so you say it doesnt perform well at lower reg. setting? havent heard that one yet. if so why and what does it do? i havent heard anyone mention this? thank you.
The regs just aren’t as consistent at super low pressure. To optimally run 14.3 you will need to set it very low. The avenger is just meant to run at a little higher power levels. You can always experiment. Maybe a little higher reg with low hammer will work. It actually did pretty well on the one I had.

FWB  FWB 300 - What’s it Worth?

It's worth what a buyer is willing to pay for one. Since Jim E from another site is retired from importing them to the USA ; They've become less available. Very few come around for sale. The more desirable models such as ; Running Target, Unlimited models with adjustable comb height and two sets of sights are a very expensive rare bird. I see many posts about these come and many say 550- 650 is a fair price. It really doesn't matter if it's seals are old, that's to be expected. What is to be expected is the seller not being responsible for others . If you want one rebuilt....do it. It's not at all hard. Or pay someone like David Slade to work it to your expectations. But let's not expect the seller to short price himself to benefit the buyer.

N/A  Reduced cocking effort on RWS 54 ?

I'm now 76 yrs. old and it is time to reduce the cocking effort of my .22 RWS 54. This is my starling gun.

I have to be able to cock it while lying prone on the breezeway floor. Velocity is not necessary. Right now I'm getting 764 fps, but only need 500 or so. Heck even 400 fps is plenty for birds at 16 yds.

Who has a decent replacement spring?

And no, I don't want to cut coils, forge & grind new ends, etc.

I am and old man and my preferred ag is Mr. Mike Melick XS12 .177 with his magic . At 25 yards is very good .

How to fill new Feinwerkbau F8X olympic style air pistol

I fill my LP50 with my CF 4500psi SCUBA tank...
Just a use a little Valve control is needed!!
It just take a slight opening of the valve.....just to get the air flowing...
also I don't like to Fast fill my air cylinders/bottles.
So a little Valve Control is all that is needed!

N/A  Delta Wolf or FX King

Hehe
Dangerous thread.. it is like religion.
The Electronic rifles beats the mechanical rifles in flexibility. I bougt a Redwolf and fitted a Heliboard because i was tired of tuning my Crown up to heavy slugs shooting long range and back down to 8-10 fpe for garden plinking. I still have my Crown and i know from experience it takes almost an hour to retune and fine tune until i am pleased. My Redwolf i take out of the box select program 3 for shooting light pellets in the garden at 27 yards. Then i go to the shooting range select program 9, 10 or 11 depending of the slug weight. At 1000 fps. If i fill the magz. With knockout slugs. Fit the push on 3d printed turret with range ballistic for Knockouts. I just set the turret for like 88 yards and i am 100% sure i can hit within one click on the first shot‐ without even test shoot or blank shoot. If i put on a chronograph its spot on from first trigger pull. It takes only 5-10 seconds to go from slug rifle to garden plinker. With the low power program for garden shooting i can shoot a full tin of pellets of the full 700 cc bottle. It is both a powerhouse and a gardenfriendly gun that keeps superior accuracy in high and low power. And 12 custom programs to work with ....That is reallyView attachment 423622 flexible or what?
Best regards from Denmark
Ya now it’s tunable since you added more parts and spent more money on your $2800 gun.

Diana  Winchester 333/diana 65?

No worries there marflow, i doubt i have a vehicle that could make the trip. I used to do a lot of buying, selling and trading on the old yellow forum and i was always a nervous wreck till things got delivered. Now that there are no more toys that shoot shows in Findlay ohio, that was my no shipping outlet as i'm not far from findlay, I'm back to shipping and puckering up.

Nifty little steel walking targets - Battle after NRL22 January COF (Video inside)

We have fun at our NRL22 matches... and on this channel in general! After the match yesterday we shot a little content piece about some neat little steel walking targets where we put two teams of 1 airgun guy + 1 rimfire guy together to battle it out on the range.

Here is the video:

And here is the link if you're interested in the targets:

Is there a term for this "click consistent" sweet spot between the near & far zeroes?

POINT BLANK ZERO - cross hair on squirrel = dead squirrel. I generally consider one pellet width high and one low from Point of Aim to be within my Point Blank Zero. Still good information to have. The manual way to determine your dope card is to set up a target and shoot the same hold on different spots, every five yards. Note the clicks (or the hold off) needed to bring it back to zero. That is your hold off for that range. I don't have a problem with the fancy apps, but I do have 100% faith in old fashioned empirical evidence.

Air Venturi  My .22 Avenger build

So, I started building this rifle back in November. Posted pics and was going to shoot it next day on the chrono. I filled tank to 4100psi and during the night, the cheap chinese regulator blew a burst disk. So I ordered a Ninja high pressure reg from Hajimoto and decided to redo a few things while i waited on it. Heres the final version. I have only shot it to 50 yds thus far. At 2400psi on reg and 1 1/4 turns in on hammerspring it was chronoing at 52 fpe @ 840 fps with JSB 25.39 pellets. It shoots great. Ill post what i have now and then follow up with final results.Going out to the family farm tommorrow to see what she will do. I dont think i'll have any problem getting over 60 fpe from this rifle. I will post results. Its a .22 Avenger that i sent the barrel and action to Ailen Airguns. Wayne ported barrel, increased valve to 7mm and installed 8mm peek poppet. Installed heavy hammerspring and a light valve spring. He removed factory plenum ceiling and installed 25cc plenum. I installed an AESWEDE trigger and shortened carbon fiber shroud with his bottle bands. I installed 700cc carbon fiber bottle with a Ninja high pressure regulator, so the gun is dual regulated. The scope is a Monstrum G2 6-24 x 50 and the tripod is a Talon Tunes carbon fiber custom. The chasis is from Termidator which i painted to my liking and features a folding stock for easy hammerspring adjustment.

Crosman  Anyway to moderate the 100 Year Anniversary Crosman 362?

No, that one is different. Look for the A20 one for Disco & Maximus. I added you the oem front to that adapter. The A20 has 2 holes - one in front for the grub screw and one in the rear that's threaded for the Crosman sight screw
Thanks. I found the A20 and just ordered one.
