Hw110 st .22 slugs?

The shot groups of a production batch can be sufficient (see limit values above) or, in very rare cases, less than half an inch in diameter.
But for other shooters this doesn't help much, random great shot groups are just that, random, and every gun/barrel is different anyway.
The statement “how well they shoot” primarily referred not to our slugs, but to the air rifle. We didn't expect the HW 100/110 to shoot slugs with even moderate results.
Thanks for clarifying.

Poor design of Elite Force 1911 mags?

Purchased Elite Force 1911 tac. like feel and build of gun. Insane design of mag no way to lock spring down for reloading. Really, hold with thumb, my thumbnail broken to shreds. Just simplest design flaw to not design lock down notch to hold mag. spring in place. Do any of you have suggestions on how to manage this design flaw??

Daisy  Daisy 853 troubleshooting question

first off if you are going to take a gun apart that has a problem replace all that you can even if it looks fine
i have done enough 7-7 pistols to just replace the old
and i know you were just hoping
i got my 853 out today and gave it a few pellets and it worked fine but i was looking to refresh my memory if anything
when i got me 853 it was used in restored condition and shot sort of slow and i set it aside
what i found was there is a small plug in the air chamber to the valve and when you pulled the trigger it leaked all or enough of the pressure to make it under preform the plug is not a part and i installed a grub screw
do i think that is the problem No
tell me after firing the gun is there any air left meaning will it kick the handle forward or is it empty
i think it is leaking and be the time you get to pulling the trigger there is just a little air left and you get the sound in the video
is it a guess, it is but these are a put air in pull trigger dump air out rifle

new parts and test is all you can do

What is the black substance/sealant Airforce airguns puts on their psi gauges?

If I had to guess it's more than likely PTFE or better known as black teflon plumbers thread sealing tape. I do believe Crosman used it on discovey rifles when they were first made. It comes in a variety of colors.

Tethering

M3+ on the way, the giant 2 gauge is just too bulky for what I need it for.

Karakus was extremely responsive and answered every question I had for him. Shipped same day as well, which other than Amazon, NOBODY does. Can't tell you how many times I've ordered from AoA, they always take a week just to ship.

Anyways . . . can't wait to get it in.
It may be bulky but, I can set it at any psi without taking it a part and I know exactly what setting its on. This makes it so easy when running more than one pcp as i do.

Got a big doe with my Maverick and heavy lead!

I read an article in the back of a hunting magazine not that long ago.

A young hunter comes back to camp with his expensive “long range” hunting rifle and comments to the older hunters that he just harvested a deer at over 600 yards away. The old timer said “Don’t be discouraged, once you learn how to hunt you’ll be able to get one in a hundred yards or less”. 😂😂
That's great :ROFLMAO:

Dove hunting scope?

Subjective question. I have an $800 scope & a $125 scope that work equally well. IMHO it mostly depends on shooter's abilities & gun's precision, NOT how much is spent on a scope. What EXACTLY are YOU looking for? Reticle preference? Tube diameter? Illuminated or not? MOA or MIL? How's your eyesight? Etc, etc.

Air Venturi  México Christmas Trip

Thanks everyone for all the information shared on here, resently bought me an avenger and took it back home.

O my what a nice rifle it is had a blast shotting it!

The only complaint was that my scope didn't get there on time and had to use that cheap scope.

Please recommend me a nice one

Seneca/Sam Yang  Dragon claw II

I do not have questions but wanted to post and update and thank everyone for all of the helpful and very appreciated advice about my Dragon Claw not shooting straight. I cleaned the barrel and it was super dirty!! I watch A LOT OF videos on how to properly mount a scope, took the scope of, leveled gun and mounts and used a plum bob to align the scope reticle plumb with the gun being level! I cleaned, and lubed my pellets. After getting everything right and getting close at 25 yds I moved out to 50 and definitely got it sighted in and definitely getting good groups. I was actually shocked that with a 330 gr slug it shot so great!!!! Thanks again for everyone advice. (PHOTOS ATTACHED) White target 25yds, splatter target 55yds!!

N/A  Feel like toast

LOL! You sure are ready for the cold! Brrrrrr! But technology with those heated jackets and pants are perfect for the weather that are in your pics! Have fun shooting in most inclement weather conditions!
Thanks, once I learn the adjustments I’ll be golden. Crow
Are those vehicles the "moving targets" ??
Just replaced a windshield $4200. Costly target. Crow
luckily here most days are low 50's, have a few colder but not that many.
I wanna be like you when I grow up. Don’t like above 90F. Crow
Nice outer wear! Should keep you toasty warm. A set of hand warmers would help the left hand. The shooting shanty and a propane heater keep the pellets flying in Saline. When it gets really cold and snowy I go indoors and shoot archery.
You talked me into the pants, thanks. Hand warmer might be “a good stinkin diarrhoea” Have to try. Crow
thinking of a shooting half shack , more of a U shape 4 feet tall with a heater. Hinged for storage .
I would love a shed. But I would have to live in it. Maybe make another gun range elsewhere. Not today. Crow
SWMBO made the hat. Gloves $35 off Amazon but a little too small for my mitts, even in XL. The toe warmers work well in both boots and gloves, just don't leave them unattended when they are really warm;)

Rest of the kit is a massive down parka with insulated ski pants and boots. All the clothing really makes finding a hold conducive to accuracy a real challenge. Coldest weather I've been "comfortable" in was around 15F for a couple of hours.....Then I was cooold! Although I've been out nearer to 0F for a few minutes, just until I can't feel my fingers:cry:, and just sitting doesn't help.

Thanks. Those warmers look decient. Crow
For me it was rain. When I set up my first range here it was in the back yard. When it rained, it was mad shuffle to get all the gear to cover.
I had already planned to build a front porch when we bought the house. Once it had a roof I started shooting in the front yard. That pretty much stopped the porch project. I have all the materials to finish it including the screen to screen it, but no, I just keep shooting from it.View attachment 423641View attachment 423643

Brocock/BRK  Brocock XR Sniper in 22cal... tuning question

I was thinking of tuning my Brocock XR Sniper in 22 to shoot 24gr at 850-890 fps but to do so would have to increase the regulator pressure up and hammer spring or should I leave as is. It's shooting 18.1gr ok but not great. I know brocock says to leave everything as is from the factory but just wondering how many guys tuned there guns to shoot 24gr. Also does the bottle have to degassed or does this have the value in the bottle where you can just unscrew the bottle from the gun????
Thanks
im shooting jsb 18.13 on reg to 160, at 908fps and have very good grouping

PCP Rifle  NLA $650 shipped 2 for 1. AEA Challenger Pro .22 and Hatsan Lever Flashpup .177, slugs and pelleys included.

$650 firm shipped just as the title states both pcps for 1 price. Both in great shape. The Challenger Pro is slugs tuned and the trigger has been polished. Flashpup does well with heavier pellets, feel free to ask any questions.
