The rifle has one little tiny pressure mark on the left side of the forearm, it didn't know it was there until I took the pictures. The gun is very accurate and looks like new.

Huben  .25 GK1 V3

Took delivery of a .25 GK1. Tuned it for a mag (17 rounds) on a fill. Settled on 310 bar fill which produces great results. This is my second GK1 and I’ve come to see these pistols are absolutely crazy good. I’ll be trying the 25.39gr Kings, 33.95gr King Heavies and the 29.32 JTS Semi-Dom pellets. Here’s the string with the 25.39gr:

👆🏻Awesome baby!!!
I'm coming late to this thread but this is pretty 'insane' for a pistol - 17 rounds from 310 bar, 44 ft-lbs avg. WhatI'd like to know is how does the .22 work for same pellet weight? What kind of ft lbs would it do for 17 shots?

Or would one use the 20 grain instead for 880fps and 17 shots?

N/A  True slug gun

While you can achieve really good and even excellent results with some of today's precision air guns, I feel as though the slug came before the slug gun and that we are still awaiting its arrival. Perhaps there is so much money to be made trying to find the right slug, barrel, regulator pressure, hammer spring tension, barrel tension, moderator etc that producing an air gun specifically to shoot slugs properly, would be economically damaging to the sport overall. We have the ability to do so and relatively inexpensively if we want to, so why not do it? Why create this rabbit hole and the supply enough lubricant to allow any unsuspecting, would-be slug slinger to not only fall but willingly dive headlong into said sink hole? For it truely can swallow all who venture too close, even just to peer over the edge - innocently enough. By design? Say it isn't so! Is there any light at the end of this tunnel? Even a black hole has an exit as it were... .
I shan’t miss what I shan’t try

RAW Rapid  HM1000x Pressure Gauge

I have 3 of their 25mm pro gauges (same as the current 28mm ones they sell) and they work very well. These are out of production. I have tried 2 of their cheaper 25mm gauges, and had quality issues with both, as I have read others did too. Until Sekhmet works out their quality problems, I cannot recommend their cheaper gauges at this time.

For now, I will just use standard analog gauges...
Thanks! Good to know 👍....bummer their Pro gauges are no longer being made...😢

FX Barrel, Slug or Pellet Side?

Sounds like I'm in the ballpark of your numbers as well. I also shoot the 25 gr and try to be around 900 on it. My first stage is at 150 and second 110. So if I do this does this techincially mean I'm tuned?

One thing I notice is that my fps still vary sometimes as high at 25 fps apart, that seems like a bad sign.
The large swing in fps is your hammer strike. You need to adjust the hammer tension. If your close to fps lower your hammer wheel, take a few shots and increase it until your fps keeps increasing. Then start turning the wheel back down until you're about 10% below peak speed. That's a pretty good tune for that pressure. It should be covered in the video's posted above. Watch the Ernest Rowe video for sure.

Gamo  Gamo Arrow review, internals, tuning, shot strings, etc

I was tempted by the Gamo Arrow based on mildly positive reviews, or nothing very negative, hoping it will be close enough to the Gamo Urban.
It is far less accurate than the Gamo Urban, with a build on par with a Crosman/Daisy multipump.

When I opened up the receiver I was horrified.
I have never seen a PCP so cheaply made (maybe because I did not buy the Benjamin Wildfire).

Gamo, as usual, managed to add their signature CAT plastic trigger and Whisper Fusion moderator.
It is a Whisper if you are deaf enough.

Gamo marketing in high gear, since Gamo is much better at marketing than actually making good air guns.
I think the better guns are at gamo e.u / overseas . Them models are USA need not apply .. lol. With air guns Notice you really only get what the rest of the world don't want unless rebranded and sold at inflated pricing but one monopoly distributor.. 😅

FX Air Rifle Pellets .25 Cal, 33.95 Grains, Domed

I weighed, counted and put the results in a spreadsheet for the FX 25cal 33.95gr pellets purchased from Airgun Depot
The BINS are from 0.00 to 0.09, for example the 34.3 BIN includes pellets weighing from 34.30gr to 34.39gr.
Looks like a typical normal distribution, which agrees with these FX pellets coming from a single die.

I will post the same for 3 tins of JSB MKIIs and MKIs when that's all sorted.
