Air Venturi  Avenge-x trigger

I wondering about the X trigger also as mine came through with apparent minimal sensitivity settings. I can’t turn the hex screws to lighten it any more. Does anyone know if they maybe put loctite on the screws? The manual goes into specific detail about how to adjust for lightness. Having said this, the trigger is already good, but we always want better if possible. 🤔
Mine also seems like it's been loctite since I can't turn it. Be careful and not force it or you will bent the linkage unless you use heat. Good luck.

Umarex  Smithing the Hammer

Well, I have not gotten into the rear end of the gun, but I do feel confident on the forward part. Now that I have figured out those two screws that hold the rear most shroud in place. Generally pretty straight forward. It's actually a nicely made rifle, lots more metal than you might think. I suppose that shows in the weight. I am quite impressed with how hard it shoots. I put a 450 grain slug through a steel automotive wheel from edge on. A good square shot that left a hole about an inch and a half in diameter from 30 yards.

Air Venturi  .177 PUPZILLA

I have to think accuracy with harmonics might be all over? If it’s right that things capable of sub 1” at 100 easy. It should be unless they’re not right, harmonically bouncing barrel, stabilizing in flight or spiral as they are zipping.
I’m not saying it is I have high hopes for it to print 1/4” at 100 in no wind.

Projectiles  FOUND Trade your choice of pellets/slug for 25.39 JSBs in .25 cal

I’ve got this assortment of pellets/slugs. I’d like to trade for 25.39 JSBs. Pick what you’d like and let’s make a deal. Some may be full, others may not

Ideally, I’d like to trade these 3 brand new tins of JTS 25.39s in .22 caliber pictured below. These JTS pellets are outstanding, but I no longer have a .22 capable of shooting them

Edit: Ignore the only tin of .25 cal JSB 25.39s I have in the picture lol…I just realized I had that

Burgo 45 sights and scope rings.

inherited a Burgo 45 air gun. I was checking it out and loosened the front sight barrel and the insert fell into the grass, never to be found. I am wondering if I can just buy a single insert somewhere, rather than what I see are sets with 6 different sights for about $35.00. Second question, the dovetail on the top measures 1/2 inch. I see a lot of 3/8 and 11 mm rings but not sure they fit this Dovetail. Can someone clarify what size rings are needed to fit this gun? I am guessing this gun is 60+ years old as my uncle had it when I was a little kid, then passed it on to me recently. It still shoots great.
13mm dove tail rail is what you have. If I were you I would consider Sportsmatch. .

Tuning  Drilling Regulator inlet port.

Thanks Jason,
I can't take all the credit though. I have not seen the gun in almost two weeks. He has been cleaning the reg, changing o rings and adjusting reg setting and HS since initial reassembly to get back to a good shot string since the power mods.
More work to go and then the fine tuning.
This was his first time inside an airgun so it has been fun for both of us.

N/A  Regulating the Barra1100z 22cal Rifle

Gotta drill out the transfer port and gauge block. Air doesn't flow well at all through this gun, hence why it is only a 40 yard gun. if you put a regulator in it without doing the drilling, the pellets will just about fall out of the muzzle. Had my hammer spring at 7 turns in to get accuracy at 50 yards with about 850 FPS. I'd fill it to 2900 psi and after 20 shots that left me with 2000 psi. My chrono stopped working (UGH!) right after the drilling but I am definitely getting more FPS with 6 turns in on the hammer spring. I suspect the pellets are moving too fast. Still getting 20 shots between 2900 and 2000 psi.
