I also made a cloth holster for mine but I wish the gauge was on the bolt side or better yet on the end of each tank so you can always tell if you filled it without putting it on the gunyes it's the only PCP pistol that I have held that felt right beside my friends huben GK1.. I think I might try to adjust the hammer spring a little bit less as it's got plenty of power.. 2 magazine full but the last shot usually sounds full auto.. it's just air from hammer bouncing.. definitely a plinker, and I regularly shoot a 3"spinner at 30 yards.. only open sights..
PM me and we can talk more about it or other guns sometime..

I just had a thought. Perhaps you could use both parts of the pellet tin. Punch about a 3/8" hole (< 1CM) in the top and put a rolled up paper towel in it. Fill the tin with fuel and light the "wick". You could then just aim for the tin, and when you hit it, it would blow the liquid all over with the flame right there. It would have to be something pretty combustible.if we could contain it
I agree. The time I shot an exploding pellet at a flammable compressed gas can, I did it while it was raining.but it must be responsible fun.
My Hatsan FlashPup(.22) does quite well w/ JSB Knockout slugs to 60 yrds. I've taken several G-hogs w/ them cleanly at~ 730 fps.I posted earlier this week about the magazine of it getting in the way of the red dot and another user here, FLgunner, said to get a riser for the dot, which has arrived.
The rifle and the other stuff I needed for it are coming in tomorrow.
The reason I ask this question is because I was watching a youtube video that said budget air rifles don't do well with slugs. But does the Flash do well? The slug in question is the H&N Grizzly (31gr). I ordered 3 kinds of pellets, including those. The next heaviest is a standard pellet shape; the H&N Silver Point (24.38gr).
The pellets on the hatsan website state a minimum muzzle energy while the rifle only says its maximum.
Can anyone help me out?
If your Avenge X is under warranty, I will make the proper contacts for repair or replacement. Avenge X is very easy to work on. Empty air first. Thanks Wendell.Good info just one question.Do the avengers tear down any where close to the marauders in simplicity.I know there are good vidios out there but I still get a little sheepish tearing into something on warrenty. Thanks again!
If you are referring to the thumb screw on the 102, it measures right at 1/2" or just a touch over.Thank you for the serial.
If you have a caliper tool handy, would you mind measuring the diameter of the thumb screw that holds the cover on?
There's two sizes _ either .503 (1/2") or .565 (9/16").
