Beeman  Scope rings

After reading the link Steve shared on the sm mounts. Checked a dampa mount that wasn’t being used at the moment and sure enough the adjustable side was very blunt and not allowing a good bite into the dovetail. I used the belt sander and some light filing to sharpen it up. Fits the dovetail much better.
Like the posters in the link said, it may not be an issue with every set and some may well not even notice unless for whatever reason they decide to move a scope around, but figured anyone considering a set should at least be aware it could possibly happen to them.

Guns used.

Well, from what I have read, you're no mortal man! LOL!! Teeheehee

One of the most flattering compliments I've ever received was, "Ron could win with nothing but a sling-shot and box of rocks." Of course that's quite a stretch.

A box of marbles, maybe...

🤣

Squirrel 🐿️ city

This is what the San Joaquin valley has to offer. All the fruit trees are starting to blossom 🌸 spring is around the corner and more squirrels 🐿️ for me. 😜

At my permission the darn squirrels are kicking back in their recliners staying close to their heaters. I may have to schedule a day to come visit.

PCP Rifle  SOLD Airforce Talon

Airforce Talon .22 in a Mad Dog stock. Air valve, tank, gauge and fill port were just serviced by Airforce Airguns. The stock has some dings from use and had a crack in the handle area that was repaired with epoxy. First chrono numbers are H&N 21 grain pellets and the second if with FX 22 grain hybrid slugs. Both are on the lowest power setting. $375.00 plus 1/2 of shipping to conus. Scope and bipod not included. Will consider trading another rifle or possibly a nice scope.

Benjamin  Parts for Benjamin Sheridan, Remington 1875

the parts for old Sheridan parts can be found at JG air guns and the Remington is being supported by Crosman ????
if that is the pistol you have sent back twice for non piecing of carts but they have no problem it is you or the cartridge brand you are using and if the carts are Crosman then tighten them down harder
when posting about two things make sure you separate the problems so we as reader do not have to guess

Theoben  .20 Beeman Crow Magnum

As an added note, the Crow Mag seems to have zero hold sensitivity issues. Free recoil vs pulling it firmly into my shoulder yields nearly the exact same POI That I found a bit suprising.
It's unfortunate that these rifles aren't given their due. Much like the Beeman R1, every Crow Mag I've ever shot was a laser.
So often critics dismiss it because of its cost. For the money it should be more accurate, or have a match quality trigger. But...it's not a match gun. It's intended to do a job.....while looking good.
Your CM is doing 50 yard groups with ease and you are still getting used to it. I can't wait to see future results.
