GX Grease pot

Just a PSA. My sister and I had….. an incident…. with rubber cement when we were kids. That stuff nearly burned our kitchen down! A gob of it caught fire on the brush cap applicator, my sister panicked and waved it, a flaming piece of rubber cement flew across the room and stuck to some blinds and started those on fire. My sister was doing some stupid craft thing with candles and I witnessed this.

Years later my cousin, on his own, had a rubber cement incident. He walked away with no permanent injury, but with the nickname “flamin’ fingers.”Didn't
Sorry to laugh but I just pictured that. So many youtube vids today are something just like that.
This rubber cement is black like liquid rubber. It becomes the patch itself when dry. This take on the same properties as that rubber piece that's already in there when it's dry.

Regarding some beginner questions

you my friend, are a life saver. thank you for that. ive been salty looking at this tin of pellets that are literally unusable because some genius shipped them in an orange envelope halfway across the country with just one wrap around of bubble wrap.
You're welcome! Most here try to help when possible! 🙏

N/A  random drop in FPS?

What temperatures we talking?
How dry is your air?
If its snowy & that cold, maybe a droplet of moisture got in a reg or something....
the shot string was done at 39F and today it was 34F, no snow on the day of the shot string, snow today. gun is un regulated. in terms of humidity I did not check when I did the shot string.

THINK SPRING

what is more spring like than green and fly's .View attachment 430446
Use blank paper and smear a nice amount of dog crap on there, then you can have real flies to shoot !! My son's used to do that in there younger days...had to have blood or guts around the hole to count as a kill.....

PCP Rifle  SOLD Benjamin Akela .177 w/Extras

I have a nice Benjamin Akela in .177. This airgun has had the barrel polished and the crown dressed. It will stack Polymag Predator Pellets in a single hole! It has the Buck Rail Barrel Band and Scope Rail Support installed. It also has a Huma-Air Regulator already installed for a boat load of consistent shots. The Regulator is set at 2000 psi, but can be adjusted. It will come with everything shown in the picture, which include 3 magazines, the Stock Spring and an extra trimmed spring (it already has a trimmed spring installed). It also includes the long allen wrench needed to remove the stock and the front Picatinny Rail. The Picatinny Rail has been removed for shipping, but is included. This has upgraded baffles, so it's quieter than stock.

Price is $300.00 plus shipping. I ship via PirateShip and will provide an exact shipping quote prior to accepting payment. Prefer PayPal, please add 4% if using Goods and Services. I am NOT interested in trades, am selling some of my lesser used airguns to fund a future purchase. Please PM with any questions. Thanks for looking.

Airforce  Airforce Texan. Anything immediately wrong with it?

Thanks for the tip.
Should you decide to keep the laser attached:

Use case no. 2: You could use it as a convenient tool to eliminate parallax quickly and easily without setting the rifle on a stable platform while you bob and weave your head to detect any movement of the reticle against the dot.😉 I like this aspect of having lasers mounted on my PCPs as I shoot them offhand and therefore am able to cancel parallax when focusing on my targets while holding my rifles.

Use case no. 3: The laser dot can be used to assess your scope’s tracking abilities (at fixed distances) without, again, setting your rifle on a fixed platform or putting it on a vice. Or, it can be used to determine if your scope is working as it should.👌

PCP Rifle  SOLD Vulcan 3 700mm 22cal

This rifle is not quite a year old. I bought it from Derrick where he tuned it for me. It shoots the 34gr varmint knockers excellent. It will not come with scope or bipod. I will throw in what slugs I have left for it. Probably about 800. I am just trying to downsize and get my son a ghost carbine for hunting and plinking. I just bought a STO Pugio for it(not included in price of gun). This is an unchoked barrel.

$1200 plus shipping in lower 48.

Mother of All Data Breaches

I'll end this thread by saying... in this digital age we all use passwords. Heck, before I started using a password manager I had almost 500 passwords stored in my Chrome browser!

It's a good practice to use a unique password for your email account (which is commonly used to verify account changes), and any financial site or transaction hosting site.

There are many password managers and storage vault options available (free and paid) with varying levels of usefulness and security. Here are some popular examples:

1. Google Password Manager - browser based password storage. Free with Chrome. Probably the least secure but easiest to use. It will store all your usernames/passwords. If you set it up properly it will offer strong password suggestions. This type of password storage is not recommended for any critical or financial site information. Security is based on your Google password and whether or not you activate 2FA.

2. Bitwarden - Free (or paid subscription) to an open source Vault for web, browser extension & app. Strong 265-bit AES encryption, with 2FA (2 factor authentication). Must login to access your passwords with a master password. Zero-knowledge policy, so if you lose the master password you're SOL.

3. NordPass - Subscription based (currently about $35/year) Password Manager & Vault. Web, browser extension & dedicated app. XChaCha20 encryption, with MFA (multi factor authentication) like face recognition, biometric finger print, etc. so you can access your passwords across all your devices (without a master password). 1Password and Dashline are other popular options.

Whether you choose a basic free solution or an advanced paid solution; keeping your information secure could save you/family/friends/AGN members a lot of heartache.

Stay safe

-Michael

Airforce  Huben Power Reg for AIRFORCE AIRGUNS

I love the Cricket MAX-ATH I have 2 Universal and that 50CC plenum really sweet. They are pricey but work well. Stable and reliable. Most adjustable regulators I tried wander as much as 250psi. The Huben are rock solid and once set stick there. I also have 2 of the Dream Valve drop. I used them to put 1.1L tanks on my Semi-auto.
