CF Air Venturi Tank Question

I have a AV. 74 cu. ft. wingman manufactured in 2021 bought from a vendor ( new old stock ). As far as the label it's hard to read as I have webbing over it. The tank is smooth as glass and the same as my great white tank. The valve sucks, hard to open and close btw. I know its not a 60 or 45 but thought I'd throw it out there. Maybe ask a vendor that sells them. Edit: Further inspection tank is made in (KOREA)

Sorting .25cal pellets

I just sat and measured tins of 21 different pellets and slugs -

While the JSB Exact King Heavy MK II flys really well with my gun, it had the third worst spread of weights from lest to heaviest -

While stated as 33.95 gr, my tin ranged from 33.80-34.75 gr - A range of 0.95 gr

The best measured slug was 0.04 for a whole tin and the worst was a spread of more than 2.00 gr. on a 30 gr slug

I'm interested in how narrow a range you would batch for 100 yards

I don't know anything about resizing and am guessing its maybe more challenging with slugs?

New Labradar LX

My Labradar also doesn't reliably track past 75 yds, but that is a known issue for bullets of .22 cal. and under. Sometimes it tracks out to 100 yds. Larger bullets do fine out to 100 yds. I have not tried it with my PCP rifle yet. But even if it only tracks out to 75 yds., that's still enough to calculate BC if you wish to do so. I bought my labradar primarily for use with center-fire cartridges anyways.

Other  Help needed with Jager EVO

I recently came into possession of a Jager EVO .22 PCP. it is missing the fill adapter and the pellet tray/loading sled.

I have a friend who may be able to make a new pellet tray as he has a CNC, but the main issue is the fill adapter.

I assume that since this is an orphan design that the possibility of a different make or model fitting is non-existent.

This particular model is set up with a left handed bolt which is what interested me.

My only other air rifles are Walther LG 400 in .177 and a Sheridan Blue Streak in .20.

Is there an engineering diagram that I can take to a machinist and have a fill adapter fabricated?

PCP Rifle  SOLD Taipan Veteran .177 with Hawk Airmax 8-32x50WASF Scope and all the desired Accessories.....$1300 shipped!

Priced for a very quick sale!

Today Im selling my .177 Veteran along with everything you see on the rifle! It is an immaculate Bullpup! Perhaps one of my top 3 most accurate rifles I have ever owned and that is saying alot! It shoots hole-in-hole accuracy as you would expect from a Taipan. It is deadly quiet without the Tatsu LDC, but with the included Tatsu, all you hear is a "click." It comes with 4 mags, the mag holder, the fill port wth the holder, the power adjuster, the Hawk Airmax 8-32x50SF scope with sunshade and leveler, and the Leofoto 223 with the upgraded 52" wheel. (If I can find the smaller Leofoto wheel the single shot tray, and any other accessory, they will be included). The scope does have a scratch on it as you can see in the pics, but it works flawlessly.

You can feel safe with this purchase because I have years of being a member here and pages of excellent reviews here on AGN and GTA! I accept Paypal F&F, Venmo, and U.S.P.O Money Order.

$1300 Shipped Firm! Thank you for looking!

Air Venturi  Avenge-X .25 cal vs BRK Ghost .25 cal

LMFAO!! This is hilarious this is still going. WTH ?? I can definitely back up ray in the opinion that given the distances he is shooting the avenger platform is completely capable of being just as accurate as any gun made today. Who cares ?? Again those spending 1 2 or 3 thousand bucks on a gun I hope that accuracy leaps and bounds isn’t the driving factor as you are going to be disappointed. That isn’t why (I think anyway) most of us spend that kind of coin on a gun. I have no idea why this has gone on and on. It’s as simple as my explanation 🤷‍♂️

Snowpeak  Snowpeak M60B First Shots

I'm very seriously thinking of buying one in .22cal. but was wondering if it is lefty friendy? I'm not real picky about shooting a right handed gun lefty but is anything like the magazine or cocking handle in the way?
yes it is very lefty friendly except for the safety and the cocking handle is right only but as a lefty I prefer mine on the right

30cal Javelin Slugs

You will need the now re-named "slug" liner for javelins.

I was shooting 68gr javelins but recent testing ive done out to 260 yards has made me switch over to Zans. Zans have a much more consistent BC out my 700mm FX Dynamic which shows up bigly at distances over 120 yards.

The packaging alone tells a huge story on how Patriot and Zan handle manufacturing and operational precision. Zans like Altaros slugs and FX hybrids come individually contained. Javelins come in a cylindrical container where they all bang around. I'm certain that packaging alone will have a significant impact to the consistency of your shots.

IMO element optics and javelins are over hyped and under deliver.

N/A  Mystery wild shots?

Could it possibly be that the projectiles were clipping something in-flight? IE the edge of your rest or a twig, leaf, etc?
It was indoors. The only thing I could think of is possibly a skirt of a bad pellet and got in the moderator and was hanging up for a little bit.

Missing my Coyote kill shots

Tough to do a head shot with all of the constant movements. Since you have a 30 cal. if you don't mind if they run off maybe 30 yards you can use an easier double lung shot.

You need more stakes they almost pulled the doe off.
That's my vote too. Take a heart lung and let him go bury himself elsewhere. The .30cal is well suitedto get the job done.
