Baracuda 18 VS. Baracuda "Match" 21

Definitely less wind drift in my experience. [...]
It is a anomaly. [...]
Just to be polite, no you aren't getting my BC figures, go spend some money.😉

Gary,

thanks for the explain.
"It is an anomaly."

➧ I'm NOT liking it.
➧ But I don't have to "like" anomalies. There just there, like the road sign telling me the bridge wanted to cross fell in the water....

The anomalies of the reported experiences in this thread — and the surprising data of another thread on muzzle energy loss with slugs — both lead me to the conclusion that I need to do MY OWN testing!!

Wait, Gary, you basically told me that in your last sentence...! 😆

Airgun Tuning - Guitars/Airguns - OEM vs. Custom Shop

SG's and LP's mostly here.

That was originaly an audio presentation recorded in 2001. I did all the tracks on a 4 track cassette recorder. Ten years later I coverted it to digital, and added video, so that I could share it.
Thanks for watching.

Accessories  SOLD 🌟FX AMP Regulators and FX Impact M3 Block w/ 720 Power Plenum 🌟

All parts are “like new” that came off my Impact M3’s. I never touched regulator adjusters and quite honestly they both only were only shot once or twice. Will fit FX Wildcat, Maverick, Crown and Dreamline as well. They look good as new with no dimples on top, scarring or scratches on the side of the delrin pistons. No leaks on either reg.

The FX Impact M3 block looks great and includes internal valve with 720 Power Plenum. This M3 block is only compatible with M3’s and not older models.

$65 per each regulator shipped or $110 for both.

$75 for FX Block with valve and plenum shipped.

PayPal FF preferred or buyer pays fees. Tracking will be provided. CONUS only.

Thanks for looking!

Occasionally I'll have a curious grey squirrel emerge from the wood line and come up to investigate the "thump...thump" sound they hear being produced from the big old log that is the backstop of my 60yd target when I'm shooting through paper. They'll climb right up on it to try and figure out what is going on. The sound seems to intrigue them for some reason. They do not fair as well as your birds.

Regulated vs Un-Regulated

I’ve shot a regulated revere in hft its was bought as a backup to a red wolf i had to send back for repair. It was just as accurate as the red wolf but you needed to bbe a bit more careful shooting it cause its lighter than the red wolf also you need to top off to be safe before the end of a 60 shot match. You probably make it but i never push boundaries in a match
I find my "regulated" Revere, still more air hungry than i would like... even with the reg set just right for my 10.3's at 880 fps. I make darn sure i top off after 5 lanes just to avoid forgetting and dropping below reg pressure.

Air Venturi  Air leaking while im trying to fill?

Very kind of you. This level of patience and diplomacy has proven to unobtainable for me.
The kindness and patience of Biohazardman convinced me to stop lurking and join up, almost three years ago. I couldn't have been any greener, never got angry or short with my newbie questions, try to emulate that in his memory. WM

Daystate  Back up air rifle for field target

When ordering scope caps do you order based on lens size or the outside diameter of the casings?
With Vortex, they are labeled by the stated lens size 44mm, but they tell you what outside diameters are supported by that size. I looked up your scope online (I recommend you confirming), and the eye cap and 44mm cap should fit based on the listed outside diameters on your scope.

Mis-aligned mounts?

If the mounts were the reason you're running out of elevation, swapping their positions would very likely correct it.

Also, the lateral mismatch shown in the photo is probably because the clamping plates are not oriented the same way. With many mounts, the tooth on each side is different so the mounts can be used on either a 3/8" rail or an 11mm rail.
I'll be sure to try and swap them around and see if it works. Many thanks 👍
