Traditional Rifle  NLA **WITHDRAWN** Offering up this early .22 Caliber Crosman 102 repeater w/extras

**WITHDRAWN - I BELIEVE I HAVE FIGURED OUT THE ISSUE ON THIS ONE**

I have been working on installing a seal kit and updated pump rod from Rick at Precision Pellet.

The wood stocks and metal are in great shape minus some paint chipping....but no cracks or repairs that I can see.
The internals came apart without issue and the seals seemed to go together without any issues.

However I just don't seem to have he touch with these and I am not getting the results that I had hoped.

I think some of you with more time/patience could easily get this up and running properly!!

I am only asking $125 plus actually shipping cost for the rifle and I will include all of the extra seals, spings, oil and the take-down tool that I purchased.

It's the top rifle in the photos below.....the model 140 is NOT for sale.

Prefer Friends/Family PayPal, ZELLE, USPS Money Order or Cashier's check for payment.

First "I'll Take It" followed up with a PM containing your contact info gets this one.

.22 Ammo Talk with Benjamin Armada, DAR Gen 3 & Beeman 1358

The CPHP shoot okay in my Urbans. The JSB Hades and Jumbo shoot better. The 14.3 grain pellets are just a little too light for many more powerful PCP rifles. In addition to better accuracy the heavier (JSB) pellets load the gun more and are thus more efficient and make more fpe. But as long as the CPHP can be gotten at Walmart under $7 then I will continue to use them. I wish there was a 30 grain CPHP in .25 :(.

Crosman  1720T tune info

A buddy of mine is a machinist and made one. Nothing special. I assume you could buy one. The lighter hammer cuts out the hammer bounce. I was helping some guys out who wanted to reg their Marauders. So we bought Huma regs and installed them. Figured out quick the regs wouldn’t work right so we got aluminum hammers. Worked better. Installed a lighter hammer spring and everything started to work great. Going thru that process we figured out the aluminum hammer was really the best bang for the buck. One of the guys was a machinist and made some aluminum hammers and we put them into stock Marauders and they worked great. So much easier to tune with a longer shot count. A couple guys had the Marauder pistols so we made and installed aluminum hammers in the pistols with the same results. I don’t currently own a Marauder rifle or pistol but if I ever get one I will not try and reg it and just stick in an aluminum hammer and enjoy life. They should come that way from the factory.
It sucks you have to spend more money on something just to get it to where it should come that way. I was not wanting to invest anymore into this. Those hammers arent cheap, then springs and more pellets to try and tune. It’s frustrating really.

Traditional Rifle  NLA Beeman R1 .177 cal for trade (looking for HW80 and HW90 or another 17+ FPE quality springer)

So I got this minty Beeman R9 in .177 cal. Really nice looking rifle. I JUST chrony’d like 5 minutes ago, and it turns out the rifle is making 13.5 FPE which is not enough for my purposes. I was honestly expecting 16 FPE or close to it…I’d have been happy if that was the case.

My LGU makes 14.5 FPE, HW95s are known to be closer to the 16 FPE range from what I’ve seen 😭

Was wondering if someone wanted to trade a .22 HW80/HW90 for it? Even .177 is fine as well. Just need to be in the 17+ FPE range.
Or if you’ve got another quality springer making 17+ FPE, would be happy to trade (SIG ASP20?).

Benjamin  Hammer Spring Adjuster Mod for Armada

After installing a Lane regulator, a Hill valve ass'y and lightweight Hammer/PEEK with custom spring, I found it was quite a pain to try and tune the spring hammer due to the stock shrouding the rear spring retainer. So I set out to make an external adjuster that has proven to work very well so far and the best part about it was that it was very simple and cheap to do. I have attached some photos to show what was done.

Bushy Tails for Dinner

I had my P35-25 for an entire hunting season before getting my P35-22 and P35-177. I shot 18 with it using 20 grain H&N FTTs at about 32 fpe. Only two ran at all and they didn't go far. Both were shot in the chest and the pellet went lengthwise through them stopping under the hide behind a back leg. The only other pellet recovered was from a double shoulder shot. I agree that a 22 around 30 fpe seems to knock squirrels down as well as a 25. I've retuned my P35-25 to almost 50 fpe now but don't intend to use it often for squirrels. That level of power is intended for bigger quarry.

I've only recovered one pellet from my P35-22. It was a weird shot that went up a front leg breaking it in multiple places, went through the chest, through the spine and stopped under the skin. Squirrel was DRT just like the other 8.

Airgun Technologies  Airgun Technology Uragan 2?

Have they worked out all the kinks on this platform?

Im considering a 700mm version chambered in .25 for reaching out to 100 and slightly beyond… are the gen 2’s GTG now, or should I consider another model?

Thanks!
I would reach out to @zx10wall here on the forum. He is the Guru on these rifles and will set one up for you. Great person to deal with.

When Airing Out Grievances Concerning a Vendor or Aftermarket Shop, Why Refrain from Naming the Offender?

I think this is the real thing. If I see someone complaining, but not naming names, I usually suspect there's more to the story than what's being said, and the poster is either at least partly at fault, or is uncertain of whether the problem is really with the <thing> or them.

In short, I pretty much ignore such posts. There's nothing useful (to me / us) in them anyway.

GsT
I think that’s only true when talking about disputes over the quality of merchandise. Sure, people are going to argue over what very good condition actually means or if a product develops a problem at some point after the sale and there are two sides to such issues.

When someone sends money or a gun and never receives anything back however that’s pretty black and white.
