Two shots with a 22 fpe Talon P .20 cal no moderator, then two shots same rifle same
pellet with the Ember and finally the sound of the pellet impacting on the target
backstop at 25 yards. The target is further from the microphone than the muzzle of the rifle.
Play this at half speed to hear it better.

35mm by 100mm / 1.38" by 3.94"
60 grams / 2.1 oz.
22 caliber
1/2 x 20 UNF stainless steel helicoil insert

Designed to run on rifles between 20 and 40 fpe but will run fine on more powerful guns.
This is the new "porous" baffle technology we have been discussing on the forum the last
six weeks or so.
Accuracy second to none.

This design has been repeatedly tested on a 70 fpe CONDOR.

$50.00 to your door, CONUS only. I will ship OCONUS but we will need to work out shipping.

PM @OldSpook with your email address. I will invoice you via PayPal.

List want I want to see and know about it? Easier to make a list of what I DON'T want to see and know about it. Here, I'll do just that...
1) What do you keep in the glovebox?

That is all.
:)
I don't know, I'm curious about what Joe has stashed away in there. My guess is an Impact magazine, a candy bar, a plastic fork and a 1/2 inch socket.

AEA  S45 Turns into a Bolt action…?

Ah. That's good info and makes sense in your situation. Thanks for sharing that bit too. I've been looking at getting one and obviously have concerns with the types of failures this gun gets. Don't mind doing work on then to get them right, but also don't want to pay $1500 for a project with no guarantee. The amount and frequency of jams I saw with one of the you tubers who was using it was concerning, along with the posts about it. Even still, it's a very appealing platform and if some of the kinks were worked out I'd have already bought it.

Air Tanks  SOLD [SOLD] Scott Air-Pak (Luxfer) 45 Minute 4500psi SCBA Air Tank w/ OEM Scott Valve

Hello AGN:

Since getting a compressor, I realize that I no longer need to be hoarding 5 different SCBA air tanks so I'm looking to move a couple of the extras. Both of these tanks are outside of their initial 15yr service life so you need to have your own fill source to use them. However, rest assured that these are structurally sound and fully functional as they are the two that I have been using to fill my rifles - you can see from the last photo below that the 30min tank currently has a full 4500psi charge and the 45min tank is at 3000psi after just topping off a couple of my rifles. Also please note that the OEM Scott valve itself will cost you $40-$45 so you're basically getting the tank itself for just a few dollars...

Up for sale here is:
  • Scott Air-Pak (Luxfer) 30 minute 4,500psi SCBA tank w/ genuine Scott valve. Price is $50 w/ local pickup in the SF Bay Area. [SOLD]
  • Scott Air-Pak (Luxfer) 45 minute 4,500psi SCBA tank w/ genuine Scott valve. Price is $65 w/ local pickup in the SF Bay Area. [SOLD]
If picked up locally, I will deliver them to you with a full 4500psi fill. If you would me to ship them to you, shipping will be at an extra cost and I will drain the tanks down to 1000-1500'ish psi for shipping. Shipping cost for one of these tanks will likely be around $35 depending on your location - contact me for a shipping quote if interested.

I've got plenty of positive feedback here so please feel free to check them on the Member Feedback forum prior to purchasing. Paypal Friends & Family payment is prefered (otherwise, please add 3.5% to cover the fees). Local pickup in the SF Bay Area is available as well.

Thanks!

EDgun  Project Leshiy 2 “RatFLEX”

The problem is that it directly actuates the valve, so any fix would be complex, requiring additional components. You do get accustomed to it and it’s part of the character of this gun. I look at it as a challenge. Having competed in biathlon for decades, I’ve learned to isolate and control specific aspects of the shooting cycle. The last step is to tighten the grip and squeeze the trigger finger to touch your thumb. This is good technique for any trigger because it ensures that you do not apply a sideways motion that will move POA when the trigger breaks. It works especially well for the long pull of the L2 but is very challenging because it needs to be uninterrupted due to the mechanics. Apologies for the nerdy details.
No need for the apology, this is an amazing bit of information.

Resources  The Chair - the most overlooked part of BR ?

Well, can't say that i shoot BR except to sort out my FT guns dope
But
As i experience this in my own world, an as i have experienced this at several different ranges, i find a common issue or problem.
Specifically:
The seat we place our Arses on is like the "weakest link" in the equation.
Thousands of dollars in Guns, Scopes, and BR equipment and then we contort our bodies on wobbly stools or old office chairs to find a reasonable eyebox to do our best shooting. What's up with that?

I've seen all kinds of seats.... including the fixed "made to be part of the BR" seats and quite frankly they mostly all suck.

Anybody found the perfect seat or way to park your Arse on whilst behind your scope?

Thanks for posting this. I just ordered me a nice stool. It will be here Thursday

Beeman 1358 Underlever

yep I totally agree lol. I kinda view it as the old FX Bobcat, kinda goofy looking, kinda clunky, both could have been better but they both perform :). im going to get so much hate for comparing an avenger to an FX airgun
Although one of my favorite rifles is my DAR Gen 3 I’ll tell you what for a sub $300 rifle that thing is the absolute most you can possibly get for the money IMO I absolutely love that thing!
