Let me explain, Many years ago I shot all the sparrows and after a while I had nothing to shoot, So a few years ago I thought I would take out the hens as there the ones laying the eggs, I did and all the males left no hens to stick around for, So being the super genius that I am, ( LOL) I decided to take the males out and boom all the hens stayed , Now as you can see from the picture I took out a male and a yearling with black below the beak, Yes I am taking out the young male yearlings making sure they have the male markings , I know all you air gunners are chomping at the bit for next spring when there are herds of hens and no males,, I will post up if something really weird happens if not I will update the post in the spring . Never mind the gross head shot the dam 22 polymags are sick

I too love the HW 55. The first one I bought was a Beeman "MM" variant, and it's still one of my favorites. Stuck an old Anschutz "universal" steel sight on it, which I like better than HW's.

Here in PA , our crow season ( yes ,, they are game ) ended in March . It has ended earlier this year, usually ends around tax deadline in April. The farmers usually get a pass during the corn planting when the corn sprouts . I try to get a few birds to hang on tall posts to keep them away from fields & silage bags.

Your key phrase is "I don't think it's because it won't hold air". Make sure with leak detector while pumping. Could be gun, could be pump. Determining exactly what you're dealing with (imho) would be the 1st step in repairing. Good luck.

I have 5 tins of 500 each of the old 5.56mm Eley Wasp pellets. These were the go-to pellets for .22 cal. HW guns. My R1 loves them!
The tins show ear, but the pellets are great shape.

I need to revisit this. I had some issues with shooting the inserts out of the arrow shafts. Either need a stronger adhesive or possibly swage the shaft into the insert. Another thought is an additional weight/insert glued in behind the insert might increase the resistance enough to keep the head & insert from blowing out.

I am looking for the adjustable eaglevision mount that fits on the pard 008S. Let me know if you have one.
