N/A  Now that the over the barrel airtube.......

Funny you bring this up, I resealed my career last night and was reminded of an idea I had for it. I want to make it a single tube gun. I love the gun but hate the double tube. It ruins the lines and makes it unwieldy. I would take less shot count and a better looking gun over the extra air of an ugly double tube. Now if a company were to make a lever action with a single tube or better yet a shroud air tube, I would buy that and sell the career.

FX  What's the optimal bushing placement on a Dreamline Classic with a carbon fiber liner sleeve and a Superlight STX barrel system?

I have messed around with Dreamline barrel system, added CF sleeve and one bushing at the breech, one at the muzzle. I wouldn't cut CF sleeve in half - there is no point to have bushing in the middle when there is CF sleeve.
Try to bend that CF sleeve, it is impossible to a limit of common sense.

My Dreamline 500mm, .177 barrel shroud end piece (that with 1/2" UNF thread for moderator) is not just end piece, it's compensator. And in my 500mm barrel configuration I had to sand that barrel bushing a bit thinner to allow shroud to screw against barrel start/block. That means that CF sleeve was quite tightly pressed between those bushings (one at the breach, one at the muzzle).

In my FX Dreamline videos You can see that.
In this video starting at 04:40

And in this video, starting at 10:25, I'm building 600mm barrel form 500mm barrel:

In this video, starting at 10:28, You can see what I had to do to correct my mistake of ordering wrong end piece for my 600mm barrel shroud. Correct would have been to order that compensator thingie not just end "cap". So I had to fabricate some bushings and sleeves.

That compensator looks like this:

I hope that helps!

N/A  The Mora is in town!!

The Mora is ready to fill the stores (so i have heard)

I was at IWA and had a chat with the men from RTI and once again they gave me some information that tikt another box!

Everything about the Mora oozes quality! And is totaly on another level! you if i understood correctly you adjust the speed only with the regulator!
Fully adjustable trigger also length of pull, and what i found very helpfull…. Vent holes were the O rings are situated, so when you have a Oring that failed, you don’t have toe strip the whole gun! Or douce it in dishwas liquide looking fotr bubbles! Below you see a few of the ventholes thet are also on other parts of the rifle.

The safety below is (because of the high kaliber possibillty’s ) a “hard” safety, in other words when ingaged it locks in front of the hammer, so even when you were to drop it from the empire state building that hammer stays in place😜

Below you can also see the tiny vent hole under the barrel in the action.
View attachment 442210
Above: The barrel can be used “freefloating” from the breech onwords, but if need be, you can mount a bushing that clamps the barrel just behind the moderater cap to fiddle with the harmonics.

Here is the adjustable regulator blok that you can turn 180 degrees is you have the need for a bigger or “thinner” bottle”

big bottle!!

Thin bottle!

Above you can see the small and wide bottle installed.

Beneath the stock there is a knob and when turned (no tools required ) out you take out (i believe you could do some adjutments) i’ll ask again what it was, distributeurs wanted to place orders so i didn’t want to stand in the way of that.

To be continued!

Ha, my daughter helped out… i’m just a hobby shooter with air for 35 jears but comuters are not my strongsuit😂
The vent holes!
Wait a minute…

Do you recommend lubricant oil in these holes. Thanks 😊

Barrels  NLA .35 cal. 800mm FX Impact STX Tensioned Slug Barrel Kit

Today I am selling my used .35 cal. 800mm FX Impact STX Tensioned Slug Barrel Kit, which includes the fully assembled barrel with barrel clamp, carbon fiber sleeve, and Huma Dual Ported Transfer Port & Pin Probe installed. Also included is a Huma .35 cal. pellet probe, a Huma 56mm High Power Hammer Spring, a 14 gram Tungsten Hammer Weight, and four FX .35 cal. Sideshot Magazines (18 rounds each).

The retail price for the barrel kit from Utah Airguns is $400.00, the retail price of the magazines is $70.00 each, so for the four magazines it is $280.00, plus $30.00 for the Tungsten Hammer Weight, and $60.00 for the Huma High Flow Dual Hole Transfer Port. So the total retail for this tensioned slug barrel and the magazines and Tungsten Hammer Wt. & Huma Transfer Port would amount to $770.00. However, I am discounting that retail price by 20% due to the fact that they are used. So for everything listed above my price on this is $600.00...my price without the magazines is $400.00. This deal also includes free shipping anywhere in the CONUS.

As you will see from the photos below this barrel is already put together and ready to install on your Impact MKII or M3...you only have to remove the two front screws from your scope rail, remove the original barrel alignment block, install this barrel and reinstall the two screws through the new barrel clamping block and you are ready to rock and roll with some awsome NSA Slugs!

This barrel shoots the 93gr NSA slugs with amazing accuracy! Below is a photo of a target I shot at 100 yards on a breezy day and it shot that group just effortlessly! If you look real closely at the holes in the 100 yard target shown below, you will see that each of the holes are perfectly symetrical, which shows that the 93gr. slugs were totally stabilized all the way out to 100 yards! To achieve these results you must use slugs that measure .358 because this barrel likes them the best!

One caveat is that the barrel clamp has a small crack at the bottom either from too much recoil or me over tightening the screws, but these can be purchased from Utah Airguns very inexpensively. The barrel clamp that is now on the barrel has been on there since I first installed it, and has not affected the accuracy or performance in any way whatsoever, as you can see from the 100 yard target photo provided below.

And you can see from the photo of the magazines, I have modified the clear plastic covers so that for shooting slugs you can adjust your pin probe so that it protrudes into the mag well by 2mm, which allows the pin probe to push your slugs 2mm farther into the brass barrel inlet to a consistent depth. However, I will replace the modified plastic covers with unmodifed plastic covers if you prefer.

So if you have been thinking of getting a .35 cal. tensioned slug barrel to get into big game hog & deer hunting with some awesome hollow point NSA slugs, now is your chance to buy a ready to shoot set up and save $170.00 off the retail price! I will also make myself available if you need advice on how to tune your Impact rifle to achieve the 194 ft.lbs. of energy that I did with this set up.

I will accept payment by PayPal Friends/ Family.
All the best, Chuck Peffley

New JSB Deep, Shallow, Grand

hmm...maybe it is because i have not been shooting in 10 years, but i really like the JSB MRD Shallows for my RAW HM1000x.
i just came back to shooting within the past 6 months, during that time, i have tried the current productions of FX and JSB 25.39g pellets.
The current production was garbage...Varied weights, innconsistencies on head sizes..overall, poor quality.
My rifle shot these like a shotgun at 100 yards....pellets flying everywhere, even when weighed and sorted.
As i understand, the recent release of the Shallows is a re-release of the earlier model JSB first produced.
The "new to me" Shallows are a night/day difference at 100
These are.5 shot groups at 100 and then I took single shots at target

Adding water inside your CS4?

Not sure why you are replying to me as to the distrust towards GX? I said it won't do any harm based on the normal flow of air/water inside the compressor. I understand the premise of the science behind GX's suggestion.
I didn't write this post. Don't know what is going

Traditional Rifle  NLA WTS - HW50 .22 $275

Good shape but if you are picky buy a new one. There are a couple of marks on the wood and the muzzle has a couple spots where a moderator was previously installed.Hardly anything but I've had bad luck with people expecting used price and new condition

Factory parts with ARH moly and tar on the spring. Post in front aperture and the slot screw replaced with Allen head.
Shoots 14.3g pellets at 575 fps
It's a one hole gun at 50' .
I just find myself shooting my HW30 in .22 much more often or my RWS48 when I need power .
