TEXtreme Airgun Sports has Pistol Field Target and/or Pistol Extreme Field Target matches about eight times a year. I think they are in Texas.

I do have a solution for the hard screw in and removal for the M3 grease gun Co2 issue. I used Silicone Oil CST 350, that solved the problem as long as you remember to empty the Co2 (all of it) from the gun it works fine, like the other Umarex guns.Recently purchased the gun. Been using Daisy BB’s- no problem. Then tried Excite low ricochet and Gammo lead; both with idea to curb bounce back. Neither would chamber properly. Have Dust Devils and Hornaday Black Diamond- have yet to try either. Any feedback? Love the gun- play Combat episodes while shooting- hey I’m 70- returning to youth is great. Just like shooting my 1894’s while Cheyenne plays.
Also, for those that have them; between the Grease Gun and MP 40- both by Umarex- any preferences between the two and/or issues.
Finally; can you purchase the Butt Stocks for the Thompson someplace?
Thanks in advance.
Love to watch the speed events. Amazing shooting! The Best of SPEEEEEEEEED!
I would buy another AEA pcp, they are receiving parts now. For the price range look at what they have. For accuracy they give FX a run for their money, Pro models for power, i don't think anyone can deny that one and constantly improving. There is only 1 or 2 other pcps that can equal that of the big 9 stock, it smokes the M357 , 30 cal long barrel Challenger is another power house just to name a few. Look where they started from and look where they are now. some of the Pcps from other makers are going for $ 2000.00 are you getting that much more? I dont think so, not from a hunting stand point.so they update HP to SF.
You say need use correct pressure so SF adding regulator make the pressure not change.
You say use poppet valve. SF use new one.
You say need better magazines they have better CNC magazines.
Then you said AEA know it but do nothing?
Chukar,
amen to market bling! I’m leaning toward buying the rifle new with any trick installed by a reputable dealer, i.e. power block, Barrel tensioner, etc. if you were buying any of your M3’s again, what would you buy new in terms of tricking them out? It seems there’s quite an aftermarket in used bling at sufficient discount to make it and appealing proposition for such things as I might find appropriate, but I’m not generally a fan of hanging every available contraption on anything I care to use.. I hope you’ll reply to my question and I thank you again for your comment.
Edo.
In a PCP air rifle, assuming a proper stock and rest, and good trigger technique, any difference in results between lock times of any quality fire control systems is immaterial. I'm open for correction, but that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.Keeping an open mind I would like to try the electronic trigger and the faster lock time of these platforms however I'm pretty sure my groups wouldn't improve as I'm satisified with my mechanical triggers, Daystate FX Taipan I'm good. Printed this 5 shot .3" cc group last evening with my Bobcat .25 six year old gun benched at 49 yards, (double checked the range) it isn't even my best trigger...Electric trigger...I doubt it!
I'll send it to you Bill...You know my feelings...lol.
