PCP Rifle  FOUND WTT My Fx Impact M3 for your …

Looking to trade this for another pcp rifle/pistol. Cash can go either way

Looking for Edgun Leshiy or leshiy 2, FX wildcat (compact and prefer wood), potentially other Edgun bullpup style rifles, HW44 pistol in .177 (already have a .22). I prefer .22 caliber for trades except for the hw44. Also open to other high end pistols. Quietness is a big factor for me as well.

About my gun:

FX Impact M3 30cal with 700mm barrel. Rifle has less than 100 rounds through it and is equipped with a Sabre Tactical Pic rail ($150). Rifle also comes with Donny FL moderator, and a digital pressure gauge (not installed) and whatever 30 cal pellets I have.. At least 2 tins.

Beating the Ballistic Coefficient horse to death

"Please correct me if I'm wrong but he took his measurements from the end of the mat to the target, not from the end of the barrel, now will that 18" or so matter.???"
Though not exactly stated, the measurement should actually be from the turret, which appears to be very close to end of the mat. Since it's being measured to an exact distance, I assume that the 18" (or any other measurement) would matter if not measured true to the turret.

Air Venturi  Maple vs Carm Magazines

I have Carm mags for my Brocock Bantam Sniper, my Katran and I have Maple mags for my Notos, and I think my Royale mags are Maple also.
I like them both and have had no probems with either, they just work. If you have a Notos, you'll know what a crappy magazine is, and you'll appreciate the Maple mags, but I'm equally sure that Carm are just as good.
So interesting. I've used only stock Notos mags - and never had a failure after a few hundred rounds with four different types of pellets. But I do believe that they re not great given the many complaints. it is surprising that I have never had a single problem....wonder why.

AEA  Anyone machine an AEA Zeus 72 cal. poppet valve?

Zeus pin dimensions, it's massive!
120.93mm overall length
17.53mm wide 13.69mm long for the face that the metal pin extends out of, that face has the 4 holes in it.
25mm long 12.98mm wide for the middle of the body
9.61mm long and 9mm wide for the end of the poppet body, this post has 1 hole on each side and 1 hole in the end.

I get aggravated at myself

I just bought a old build, street legal / drag race car.
Trying to both update some things that need updating, and changing things for a few different reasons.

DRIVING me up a freakin wall, the way that the original builder did some things, good drugs I guess...

Not too many guns bother me.
Although I do have a Weihrauch HW100 Bullpup, that I can't get to hold air. Shoots well...just have to fill it...every day.

is .357 good enough for wild hogs

Just my two cents, a wild boar has a thick gristle armor plate behind his shoulders even some powder burner wont penetrate completely. Sows and piglets are another story. I personally would stick to Headshots for a higher rate of success and a clean ethical kill. If you get a chance check out nomadic pirate, he’s killed more hogs than anyone I know on here with an air rifle.

are the cheap compressors on ebay worth it ?

its mostly a matter of expectations vs duty cycle .. the cheap compressors are absolutely perfect for poor people and light duty use, ie a tank fill here and there a couple times a month maybe .... now take the guy with too much time and disposable income on his hands, sits at a bench all day burning up thousands of pellets a month, and literally he empties 3 tanks a day and successively fills them every evening .. no .. just no .. a cheap chinese compressor never was, isnt, and never will be, designed to support that .. it takes a 'special boy' to even attempt to use one to support that kind of compulsive behavior lol ...

We need a slug challenge.

You've got a 3.5" tall playing card on there for a size reference. Your far right and far left shots are further away from each other than the height of the card, by what seems to be about double. So a 6.5-7inch group @ 200 making that a 3.1-3.3moa group. 15 shots though, which is a plus.

4/15 sounds occasional to me. The 4 that touched the card aren't your average accuracy, they're the outliers. To do that 2 dozen times you'd need to take 90 shots, assuming a continued 4/15 hit rate (4/15 = 24/90). You're missing a lot more than you're hitting. You've chosen a difficult target, I'll give ya that.

Next time you're at the range, try shooting 5 consecutive groups of 5 shots each, or even 25 shots in a row, trying to center a bull, and then share that. 100 or 200 yards, whichever you prefer.
