Hi @Jim D. Those are very good tips. Thank you. I'll play with the setting and pellets. And on my marksmanship.

Nice! Did you print it and put it on your 717/747? If yes, did it work OK?If you want to try 3D print i made a model for it. you can find it in https://www.printables.com/model/989139-daisy-powershot-717-rear-sight
We'll see soon enough.Well today was supposed to be the day. Have you heard anything on your pre-order?
Good points. Have never heard of HEU's. I cull elk for the state and am a big believer in an accurate rifle more than a powerful one, shooting 35 elk in the past 6 years, mostly with a 110 gr 6.8 SPC Barnes TTSX, but a pellet rifle isn't shooting a monolithic copper bullet.
Really leaning towards the .356/9mm.
To be specific, I am interested in the .253 slugs that you have for sale for the gk1Hi, I am interested in your pellets, but I can’t seem to PM you directly from your classified. Have you shot these through the GK1. And if you have, are they accurate
When I bought my D54 I was not happy with it at all. I had John Thomas tune it, he cut the groups in half. It was now shootable but not what I wanted. This is when I added the tuner. I have been shooting tuners on my PB benchrest guns for about 15 years. They will improve how any rifle shoots in my experience. Tuning the harmonics of your barrel to a particular pellet is always a plus and not attainable by any other method that I am aware of, especially a spring Airgun.
