Bonus points for putting that scope on a Taipan!!Here is the latest addition . Spectra 8 x 2 - 16 x 44 second focal plane. The glass is incredible . At almost 68 years old , good glass is very important to me and where I tend to spend more money to get it. The difference is how much magnification that you have to use to accomplish your goals. This scope , I shoot 50 yards @ 10X whereas some other scopes need 18 - 20 x for the same clarity. I think the GPO scopes are highly underrated as well as Meopta . So what I'm saying get them while they're a bargain cause they will probably cost more when shooters figure this out. My story and I'm stickin' with it.

Well, yesterday afternoon I went and gave the br 100s another try. Started at 800 fps and went up using my m3 impact with 28in. Solid stainless barrel. One out of 8 went flying else where. 6 to 8 inches elsewhere at 100 yards. They would group and shoot decent, but never know when that fliers coming. I settled at 856 which was best speed for my gun. The sleeve I shoot had 7 pellets that just acted crazier than the rest. The 45 grain aea pellets I shoot after that ,did not have 6 and 8in misses. They where one inch misses even two inches, but not out the whole target ring. Yeap,I'd say there's a flaw with that pellet. Hope the new model doesn't do this,I'm gonna wait for them to sale out before spending any money on them. How's a pellet that's not deformed have some many that go 6 and 8 inches away from the others.? I imagine if I sorted each pellet then I'd not have this issue. That's what I'm gonna do if I every shoot them again.Well, some shooters did exceptionally well with the heavy 56 grain version. Adam Migel (FX Impact) won NAC and made finals at RMAC with them, and Derrick Wall (Kalibrgun Cricket TAC) finished 4th in the EBR finals with them.
The valve turned all the way in will prevent the valve from opening. No air to the projectile. It is a bit strange it was dialed to 0 though, also that this prevent the rifle from shooting at all, but granted i am not a Impact owner so i do not know.
My Maverick, well i am also sure something strange happened at the factory to finally deliver it after waiting for months on end when they came out, i have a sneaky feeling it is a SUB 12 rifle half way turned into a FAC one for the Danish market.
Also the use of " do NEVER come apart " thread lock on most parts of my Maverick confuse me.
Sweet looking rig!I like the chassis rifle hm1000x, I like this version better and the matrix pro better still but I wish RAW would manufacture a traditional wooden stock that is oriented towards hunting as all their stocks both metal, wood and laminate are much better suited to target/ bench shooting.
I had to shoehorn a RAW block into a Theoben mfr stock to get a rifle I feel comfortable with while out in the field.
Lighter 280cc bottle and extended fore grip of the stock not only improves comfort, particularly wrist angle but balance too and for some weird reason it makes the gun look more compact also.

And you wonder why these are hard to come by. Now you know.
Will be using the Pathfinder sending JSB Exact Jumbo 18s for the woodchucks. Pest birds with CPHPs out of my Atomics…Hello @L.Leon
Great deal for you and looking forward to some "updated" reports on the score. I'm sure the BRK will do the required job. How will you have the BRK setup and what pellet?
