Barrels  SOLD [SOLD] FX Impact 0.22 700mm (STX Superior 1:24 TR) Barrel Kit w/ Probe

Hello AGN:

I'm looking to sell an FX Impact 0.22 caliber 700mm barrel kit w/ STX Superior 1:24 twist rate liner and pellet probe. This barrel was purchased with the intent of having an option to change calibers but ended up sticking with sticking with the 0.25 setup. This barrel has the dual transfer port (a larger rectangular dual slot labeled "S" for slugs and a smaller circular port labeled "P" for pellets).

Price: $250 shipped [SOLD]

I've got plenty of positive feedback here so please feel free to check them on the Member Feedback forum prior to purchasing. Paypal Friends & Family payment is prefered (otherwise, please add 3.5% to cover the fees). Local pickup in the SF Bay Area is available as well.

Thanks!

.22 Norma Golden FT Trophy Heavy and Apolo Air Boss using a Marauder

I did a comparison between 22.07gr JTS .22 round nose and the Norma 17.6g Golden Trophy, at 25-30 and 50y . They were close at 30 and under but at 50y the JTS was the clear winner . My fx likes the Air Boss pellets and have gotten some nice groups also.

Thanks for the information.

Anyone in the Madison, WI or Salina, KS area?

I think I might have found a range about 40 mins from Salina, KS that I can hit these next few weeks…downside is that their rifle range is only 80yds!! Still hoping that someone in the area is a diehard airgunner and will take pity on me lol. Next step will be to start looking over the map and contacting you gents directly. “I’ve been trying to contact you concerning your airgun’s extended warranty” style.

PCP Rifle  SOLD Air Arms T200 .177 regulated

I’ve decided to let my Altaros regulated Air Arms T200 .177 go. It is in excellent condition, shoots and functions as it should. Holds air for just shy of forever. Comes with moderator adapter and Rowan Engineering brass barrel band. Tuned to 12 ft lbs and shooting a 10.5 grain Benjamin at 715fps. Gets about 68 shots before falling of reg. Easy to adjust power from 6.5 to 16 ft. Lbs. very lightweight and handy. Great gun for plinking, hunting and field target. It’s very accurate and would make a great entry level benchrest rig. Fill probe not included. Price is $400 plus $30 for shipping (lower 48). Payment by USPS money or PayPal friends/family.

EDgun  Edgun SITREP: Rifles Manufactured in Russia?

When I bought my 7 Edguns all were made in Russia , This was all prior to virus and conflicts actually , the L2 was I think 1 month old , this is only edgun I never bought , Now fast forward I see their is Edgun in USA which is Brain and he did this for long time but now I think he is all USA and I see now Edgun Spain , ect I went to Eds site and I see looks to be sub assys sold atleast it looks like this to me , So my guess is Ed sells sub assys to different countries and they either buy his components or use their sources , what I liked most about the R5 and the leshiy1 is durable no poi shifts simple good reliable guns , I can say latley I saw a few guns with some broken parts I never saw a few failures , I somehow think some of the materials or Ed may not be doing it all , he is very good at making robust pcp guns , I saw his video someone sent me yesterday of him building real gun scilencers for AK rifles , SO maybe he is putting his time into real guns now and maybe does this due to the trade issues between some countries ,
Intriguing! Thanks for that info and experience.

FT etiquette question

Not to kick a dead horse, but while doing my daily reading of the AAFTA rulebook I found something interesting.

"WFTF shooters are hereby advised that AAFTA WFTF Division Rules may differ from rules applicable at international events sanctioned by the World Field Target Federation (WFTF). For more information about WFTF Core and Comprehensive Rules, visit:https://www.world-field-target-federation.org/rules-and-guides"

and

"The WFTF Division rules are intended to promote International style Field Target competition, and as such shall closely resemble the World Field Target Federation (WFTF) Core Rules. See section on WFTF Division Rules."

I don't know when or if this changed, but I was under the impression the WFTF division had to follow the WFTF Core Rules. Now it appears that the AAFTA rules are the rules, they are written to resemble the WFTF Core rules but are not replaced or superseded by them.
AAFTA WFTF Classs does not follow the WFTF Class exactly. There are some minor differences. In the US at AAFTA events, we follow AAFTA rules. In the US (or elsewhere in the world) at WFTF events, we follow the WFTF rules. This has not changed in decades. Thank you for your question.
