Accessories  SOLD Donnyfl 1/2x20 adapter marauder .25

No moderator is included with this sale. This is just the adapter to fit 1 on a .25 cal Benjamin marauder rifle. Comes with thread protector for when no moderator is used. Used for about 20 shots, and I don't want the extra length the moderator adds to the overall rifle. I believe it also works for the .22, and .177 calibers. $45 shipped to the lower 48.
Will also consider trades.
Steel/aluminum breach for 1322/2240, red dot sight, ammo. Rws super domes .177/.22, crosman domed 10.5g, .177.

Huben  Huben GK1

Kelly at Kraz Cool is the only vendor I deal with as well. Is the most knowledgeable and is also authorized for repairs.

Won't name other vendors but have heard quite a bit of commentary during conversations with Huben3D customers on non-ideal interactions from other vendors when looking for help with repairs.

If you want both pre-sale and post-sale support, Kraz Cool is the way.
Thanks for the info.

Traditional Rifle  SOLD For Sale: Weihrauch HW97 Black Line STL .177 Beech stock

SOLD TO MEMBER JSPTECH

Up for sale is a Weihrauch HW97 Black Line STL .177 in a beech stock. The rifle came with a black synthetic stock that I did not like. I found a forum member that was looking for the synthetic stock for his woods hunting gun so we made an even trade.

I bought the rifle new and it hasn't been shot more than 50 times.

The rifle has an ARH tune kit installed and is a very sweet shooter. I will include the original spring in the sale of this rifle.

I really hate to sell it but I don't have the time to shoot it as you can tell from all the other air rifles I have listed for sale. I bought these with the intent to put them through their paces and pick and keep my favorites. That didn't happen as my father became very ill and I was his primary caregiver for 9 years.

So now I just plan to keep a handful of rifles that I cannot part with and I hope to find good homes for the rest.

I am looking to get $550 plus shipping and insurance via Paypal. Please add the Paypal fees if you would like to pay via good and services for your protection. I can also accept Zelle and USPS money order. Continental US only. Please no low ball offers as they will be ignored.

Thank you,

Taso

Addendum: Many people have asked about the current tune of the rifle. I just ran ten Crosman Premier Heavy 10.5 grain pellets over my chronograph and here are the results in order from first to last: 678, 666, 675, 681, 680, 672, 661, 679, 670, 674

Thank you,

Taso

Unfortunately I need tips on selling

The biggest challenge now is that the M3 just took a whopping hit in desireability because the new M4 is out. It may or may not be any better but the M4 is the new thing and the M3 is the old thing. It will be tough to recoup investment.

Could hang on to it and let inflation increase the price but that is a fools errand because inflated dollars tomorrow will worth less than today's inflated dollars now.

Between a rock and a hard place :(.

US Optics warranty service is horrible!

I sent my scope to them for warranty repair because it was fogging up. I returned it TWO MONTHS ago and they won’t return my emails or answer the phone. Does anyone know if they are out of business? Or had any experience with them?
That's unfortunate that someone at USO won't even pick up the phone or answer your emails, especially now that you've sent your scope in. While large and heavy, some of their designs and features were - at the time, very good. Unfortunately, QC always seemed to be a problem. I don't want to bash on them (USO ALWAYS treated me fairly), when I' owned two (2) USO SN-3 3.2-17X44 ERGOs' many years ago when they were in Brea, California), but I call it like it is.

USO's CS (Customer Service) was roughly 50/50. Why 50/50? On the one hand, I'd say 100% because if you had a problem with a USO scope you could send it back and USO would fix it - no questions asked, even if you weren't the original purchaser. In my book, that's F'in awesome CS. However, I minus 50% because I saw that over the course of several years I read about many BRAND NEW USO scopes were sent to customers with obvious issues that should have been caught and corrected by QC before they went out the door. To me, a major part of CS is that care is taken during fabrication/machining, etching, and assembly to ensure that a scope (or whatever the product is), is as close to 100% as possible before it arrives in QC. At the very least it should be 100% when it leaves QC and before it's packaged for shipping to a customer.

Here's my personal account of USO's CS from many years ago (remember how earlier I said USO always treated me fairly)? While, in 2007 I bought a brand new, un-used SN-3 3.2-17X [44] ERGO with 0.1 MIL EREK Elevation Knob, U.S. #1 0.1 MIL Windage, Green Illuminated GAP Reticle (11 Position Rheostat), and 4" Sunshade off of The Sniper's Hide Forum. The Seller said that he won it a a competition, but decided to go with a different scope, OK. The Build Sheet, which spec'ed a 34mm Tube was included as well. This was to be my first high end scope, and after vetting the SelIer I sent off my Cashier's Check via Certified Mail I was extremely stoked knowing that my new USO would soon be on it's way to me. I had my (34mm) rings ready to mount my new scope.

My scope arrived in a wooden box, and after I opened the box I immediately set about to position the scope for best eye relief. Unfortunately, when I tried to drop the scope in the rings I discovered that the scope was actually built on a 35mm Tube. Oops. I called the Seller, and he said he never noticed the discrepancy between the specs on the Work Order and the actual Tube as he never mounted the scope. The Seller said he'd take the scope back and refund my money, but I'd gotten a good deal and decided to keep it. I thought about buying 35mm rings, but I preferred to stick with 34mm to save the weight. I then called USO and told them my situation and emailed them a scan of the Work Order. USO then offered to build me a new 34mm Tube scope! Again, I wasn't the original purchaser. Since USO was going to build me a new scope, I specified the Windage Knob 0.1 MIL US #3), be mounted on the left side of the Tube so I could adjust the Windage while keeping my hand on the grip. This moved the Illumination Control to the right side of the Tube. In my book, that's great Customer Service. They said it would be about two months before my scope was ready. OK.

My scope was ready within the estimated two months, and it was beautiful. USO uses Schott Glass (same factory the finest German scope and camera lenses are ground from, though not all are the same grade). The image quality was excellent, and the EREK and US #3 Turrets were solid and crisp. However, there was a noticeable, slightly "gritty" spot you could feel when you turned the ERGO (Objective Focus). It wasn't terrible, but it was there.

There was also was an obvious green tint when the Illumination was turned "on" above Position 5 (of 11). I'm not talking about "bloom" from cranking the illumination up. USO reticles are etched into the respective lens, with the reticles of illuminated models filled with iridescent material. The material is then carefully wiped away from all areas of the lens except the reticle, and the lens cleaned again to ensure that the iridescent material is only present in the reticle. The reticle lights-up when the Illumination is turned on. Apparently, my reticle lens wasn't sufficiently cleaned before the lens was installed in the Tube, because my scope had the obvious green tint.

But USO could and did produce great scopes without issues. Case-in-point: After looking through that SN-3 3.2-17X[44] ERGO and shooting the FN A3G said USO was mounted on, a friend of mine ordered a (USO) SN-3 3.2-17X[44] T-PAL (side-focus SN-3) with Illumination. My friend's USO had no issues at all, including the illumination tint mine had, even when the Illumination was cranked-up.

Hopefully, USO will take care of you. I wish you luck.

Evanix  Evanix Hunting Master AR-6K question?

There are only a couple o-rings on these rifles and gear down is easy. I would first check the pressure gauge, that seems to be the problem area on these rifles. My AR6 would leak down overnight, ended up being the pressure gauge, leaked out the middle of the gauge around the gauge needle. Good luck finding a new gauge though if that is the case. I would first check there and try tightening the gauge if you dont notice anything. I have the bottle version so there is the O-ring at the bottle and there’s an o-ring on the valve housing if I remember correctly. There may be one in the housing but I didn’t take that apart. Then there is a delrin seal under the pressure gauge
Thanks Scott.: My friend said that he's not interested in tiring it down but he would rather send it off for repairs because of his work schedule. I do appreciate your response and I'll forward this information to him as well. Thanks again.

Anyone use the Zulus as....

I have a Zulus non-LRF on a Uragan .25 and a Zulus LRF on a Krait L .25. They are the primary on both guns. I forced myself to use them rather than to switch back and forth to a glass scope. So far, they have been very good out to 100 yards, but the LRF seems to not be as accurate as my PARD LRF at 50 and really not at 100 yards.

It is very nice to move from day to night and use the same scope. Until I get the LRF down to where I'm comfortable taking 50 yard plus shots, I will stay under for pesting. For target shooting, I just start holding over after I see wher the first 2-3 shots go and it works fine at 100 yards. I have used it out to 230 and the visual is good but the LRF was worthless. I must have my settings off as surely it's not the scope!:geek:

The NV for pesting under 50 yards has been flawless and extremely clear. The rats, sparrows and pigeons fear me! 🤣
Sight quality is not as good as my glass scopes, but it is a lot better than my other NV/Day scopes and I am adjusting to using it as primary.

I have too many guns, so I can flip around a lot when I shoot. The high quality glass scopes are still the bee's knees during the day, but I really have gotten to where I enjoy the night hunting a lot.
Are you using pellets? I currently have my Zulus LRF on my .22 M3 compact shooting 18gr pellets. Being that there is no drag function for pellets in it yet (GA) I found I had to lower the velocity in the ballistic program until the ballistic calculator was on with my POI. So far it’s been dead on from 25-100 yards
