If you show up to Nationals with 3 matches already shot that month in any class, then your Nationals matches will not apply to the agg line in that class.

We welcomed 3 first timers today which was great because we lost at least 4 regulars to golf matches. We also had 3 other observers one of whom was on his phone in his car buying a rifle when I left. One of them has a rifle in shipment. We are growing the spring gun game. One of the observers, Mel Estep is a long time benchrest shooter. He brought is new Garmin chrono and I had it under my TX200 for 44 shots. 8.44 gr. JBS pellets with an average speed of 826.6 fps and a Standard Deviation of 3.0. On my 4th turkey my shot edged out of the bottom of the breast. I looked at the Garmin, 813 fps. By far the slowest shot and it

tried to drop out the bottom. Interesting. Sam Salyards also shot a string over the Garmin. Sam had a shot that edged out high. It was the fastest shot in his string. Having well tuned guns is important. Taking home money today ..... First Jeff Gates 54.5 shooting a TX200

When reassembling get close to the tension you want with the left side bolt. Then tighten the right side lock nut while holding the the bolt in place. The adjustment will tighten as the lock nut cinches down. You may have to take a couple cracks at it to get the final adjustment where you want.

I find working two traditional screwdrivers difficult to control when setting the pivot tension. I prefer to use hollow ground bits in two rachet wrenches. I've had traditional screw drivers slide out and scratch the gun. The much shorter ratchets give you more control.

Also. Very important don't remove or reinstall the pivot bolt with the mainspring installed. The pivot bolt is always under pressure from the detent and or mainspring. Trying to reinstall the bolt under pressure is asking to cross thread the fine 7mm thread. Its very easy to damage the small threaded area in the right side fork. You mess that up you're screwed.

Converted to HPA with a safepac. Has a 21" barrel and set up currently for 20 shots at 500-550-500 fps on a 2500 psi fill. Great starting point for a budget tinker toy. Will come with the co2 parts so you could easily convert back to 12 gram carts. Has 2 screw mod done to trigger and lightweight spring.

There is a screw that comes down from the top at the rear of the reciever that holds the cocking arm. Take that out then tap the pin that holds the linkage to the arm out. Fold the linkage into the probe holder and slide it out the back of the reciever.
