I built my own output manifold for my compressor. I drilled and tapped holes in the manifold for over pressure safety valve, pressure sensing switch, a pressure meter and a male foster fitting like the ones found on air gun tanks. This allows me to use the same whip I use to charge my guns to charge my 12 liter bottles. Please note that the air flows in the opposite direction as the foster fitting was intended to do. Most male foster fittings have a check valve internally that will prevent that reverse flow. So, to solve that issue, use a small pin punch and simply knock out the internal plug. In this application, once the bottle is full, you can shut off the bottle valve and bleed down the whip and compressor with the release valve on the fill whip.in the same manner as you do an air gun after filling.

I had the very same problems when I got mine. I found the same thing and found the parts in the shroud were loose. I also found holding the rifle from the pistol grip and the pump handle stopped the wondering poi. I found it to be very accurate after taking care of the loose parts and pumping 5-6 times in between each shot. I put 10 shots in a single hole at 25 yards.

Probably whatever he had laying around, because that isn't the grease that comes from the factory.

Wow, that may be the nicest HW 55 DST in captivity! Beautiful-condition, rare old rifle indeed.

Its rear sight is also interesting. Those early all-steel HW "turret" diopters must have been made in VERY small batches, it's amazing how many minor variations there are - plus, they were made in different lengths to optimize eye relief. Yours is the longest one I have seen - compare to this one of similar vintage.

Or, Rick at "precision pellet" has all the old Crosman stuff, and works on them.

I had another P-Rod tube, so I installed the JSAR valve in it, along with a Hill gauge block and aluminum hammer. So I took the above assembly, minus the rear stock/bottle/reg combo, installed a gauge and P-Rod forearm & rear stock, and gave it to my neighbor. He was "shickled titless" you might say.

So I needed a breech & bolt assembly, and decided to use the top end & trigger group from my P-Rod build in a 1701 tube, which will of course be born again at some point, and a Marauder 20" barrel -View attachment 446130

Well, I have to say, so far, I'm VERY PLEASED with the performance of the valve. The Gurllieu paintball reg has a 2200 psi output, and getting 31.5 fpe with FX 18.1 pellets.
I got lucky with this Marauder barrel - I sighted in with H&N 14.6 grain FT at 25 yards. - 15.89 grain Barracuda, Predator shorts, and 18.1 FX all have the same poi, and all still dead on at 42 yards, the distance from my shooting rest to my far target backstop. I can get in 55 yard shots from my Hunter position 13 yards behind my bench, but that's utilised for Hunter FT practice.

The molds we make have no service life, the manufacturing standards are very high, the precision reaches +0.005MM, and the finish is as smooth as a mirror


With correct operation, it can be used for a lifetime without damage. We use HRC55 degree 440C stainless steel to make the mold. The mold is extremely difficult to rust.

Additionally, the normally-scheduled May TEXtreme AAFTA-style FT matches will instead be EXTREME Field Target matches; this to allow folks additional competition opportunities in preparation for our June TEXtreme GRAND PRIX weekend and Airguns Of Arizona’s annual Extreme Bench-Rest weekend later this season.

As usual fo all TEXtreme rifle matches the rifle matches in both aforementioned (April and May) weekends will take place on the first Saturday of those months. The pistol matches on both (April and May) weekends will be shot on Friday.

I was quite surprised how popular these Snowpeak M60B pcp are. I didn't even know anything about this PCP 2 months ago until Wes of AirGunArcheryFun asked me to review it. I am glad I did because it turns out to be a great shooter with the right ammo.

This gun looks similar to my FX Impact MK2. Obviously it does not have the built quality and tunability of the Impact, but this affordability of this PCP is hard to ignore especially after I found out the amazing accuracy that it can do at 50 and even 75 yards. I was able to hit a very tight 5 shots group (8.74mm) with the NSA 17.5gr slugs with the factory setting of REG/HS. Maybe I got lucky. I have tried 100 yards but the results were not as good as I had hoped for. However, it showed potential as my tests were done in a windy condition. As you all know how challenging it is to shoot in the wind with any guns.

Anyway, I thought I would share a video on some of the MODs I did with this PCP and hopefully some of you will find them useful.

For starter, I cleaned the barrel throughly then I added 3M carbon fibre wrap to the barrel shroud and the cheek rest. I did some minor adjustment to shorten the trigger pull to my liking.

The mod that was worth mentioning is the bipod extension rail that I put together. I couldn't find anything online except the Sable Tactical rail but I didn't want to pay for the price. So I searched online for alternatives and I saw the 230mm picatinny rails and a couple of rifle mounts that I thought could work. Luckily they worked perfectly with some minor modification.

I grinned off the last nob on the rail and tight fitted the rifle mount into it. I made sure it was a tight fit, so it would hold together better. Now I have a $30-40 bipod extension rail that works and looks perfect with this M60B.

If I were in your situation, I would screw the gauge into receiver until it hits the regulator. See how many threads on the gauge go in.
If you can't get 5 threads in the receiver before it hits the regulator, I wouldn't do it.

If it won't go in far enough:
- grind the tip off the gauge .............. unless it will ruin the gauge.
- buy a 1/4" BSP female/male coupler so the gauge looks similar pic above by Sell682.

Air Arms TX 200 .177. Mklll in LP TAC2 stock. Unmolested w/cocking assist. Not shot much. Turns out I’m not a springer kind of guy. It does have a mar in the bluing on the left side of the barrel. Shown in pictures.

On further research of this scope I found what I believe are Beeman mounts #5085 in the 1980 catalog. I have never seen mounts like these. From what I can find out they were manufactured in Germany
