PCP Rifle  SOLD Special Edition 2022 Huben K1 .25

I really enjoy the huben platform but I came to the realization I don't need 2 I have a 22 and a .25 amd the 25 is the one that can go. It has little little use as my smaller calibers get more use for backyard pesting. It was bought brand new from Kelly at krazcool and he is amazing the customer service he offers is amazing. This is a beautiful wood stock with great patterns. It was come with the moderator adapter, updated easy access loading gate, my favorite picatinny rail that contours to the stock, and best of all in my opinion is my laser etched magazine I had done. It will come boxed like it came from Kelly. It was shooting hades and baracuda hunters great but shines with slugs and the 33.95gr jsbs. The stock has no scratches but I have holes in the upper forend so I could swap between bipod and tripod. The Tripod sits much better closer to the trigger. Scope and moderator is not included but can add a tin of 33.95gr to get you going as soon as you open it. I love the huben guns but currently I just don't need 2. $1950TYD US locations

FX  FX Crown, turn it down to how much?

I turned my reg to 100 tried it at 80 and 90 and stuck a pellet in the barrel a couple of times turned it to low and turned the hammer spring all the way down an i was trying to get to 6 FPE and couldnt do it all i could get was like 7.4 FPE. The only way i could have did it was to get a low power huma maybe but when i went to 90 bad new for me i actually cleared it by cranking the reg to 140 and it blew out with the first shot but then had to do everything over again.

PCP Rifle  SOLD .25 Impact Slug Setup

Safe Queen FX Impact MK2 Slug Setup in .25 that I’m selling to thin out the herd. I converted this from it’s .22 original form last year and then got lost in other projects and only shot it a couple of times.

Here is everything on the rifle:

  • Saber Tactical FX Impact Adjustable Buttstock ST0009: $250
  • Saber Tactical FX Impact Cheek Riser ST0001: $65
  • Saber Tactical Mono-Pod Adapter ST0028: $20
  • Saber Tactical FX Impact Extended Picatinny Rail ST0006: $150
  • Saber tactical Ambidextrous Cocking Block ST0003: $125
  • Kraford & Lypt gigaRail 2.0: $199
  • FX/DonnyFL AFFIXED: $120
  • Ernest Rowe Short Throw Titanium Lever: $45
  • FX Impact Slug Power Kit: $45
  • Huma High Flow Dual Hole Transfer Port: $75
  • FX STX Superior Heavy Slug Liner: $109

I think $1650 is a fair price for this rifle. If you can justify a better price I would be willing to hear you out on that. You are responsible for shipping charges. My preference is that you send me a shipping label as that way you can choose how you want it shipped and insured. Also if something happens the claim will be paid directly to you rather than me.

FX  Wildcat mk3 bt pelletprobe alignment

Exactly how chukar described the process. Not sure what you were getting at with your pictures but there is not way to check probe alignment by pulling the barrel forward and looking through the transfer port. You have to do it through the access hole to the probe screw. That screw should be front of center of the hole but still accessible by Allen wrench. You will know if that probe comes out of alignment slightly. You will get sporadic super low velocity shots. I personally wouldn’t loc tite those screws. They are pretty delicate and tiny and if you do need to remove them for maintenance I see a potential problem if loc tited.
That's correct. Loctiting the screws will be a hassle and risky when you want to dismantle the parts. The reason that I suggest locteting the screws because they are moving parts that can be shaken loose over time from the vibration when shooting the gun. But I agree with @Trucker3573 and @Chukar60. It's better to loctite less.

I think one of the most important points is to inspect if the pin probe screw is intact. I found that it broke on my gun because the alignment wasn't perfect and I forced the pin probe screw into the holder connected to the cocking rod.

Air Venturi  Avenge-X Tactical Grip and Buttstock Compatibility

Hi Everyone 🙂 Just got into PCP's recently and joined this forum. Does anybody know whether the beavertail AR Grips are compatible with the standard Avenge-X Tactical chassis? It's clear that the one that comes with it is not the beavertail kind, but at the same time the way the section at the rear of the gun is shaped, makes it seem like it would accept the Beavertail ones 😅

Also, for the purpose of switching out buttstocks, does one go for the mil-spec or commercial spec option?

Results  N50 Agg-Line Leader Board Updated - Apr 21, 2024

April N50 Agg-Line updated to reflect the leader-board.
Expect changes as the east coast warms up. Sportsman 3-way tie separated by one X-count each; funny how that happens. Still a opening for 5th place in Factory 22 Class. Pellet Rifles and shooters are getting really good. This is amazing to this old man.
If you see errors let me know. I'm kinda sleepy right now. Thanks

FX  Panthera puff of air

Im wondering if there is anyone who has had the same problems as me and if they managed to keep the 700mm panthera or if they sold or return it for a refund... Anyone with a working panthera?
Mine is a 218***** serial with a 2022 bottle and my block is drilled through to the vertical screw hole
Plenty of people out there shooting them, the valve for me in the UK at least was easy enough to get hold of, mine is not bent but I wanted a new spare V2

Night bison or thermal?

In scopes, you get what you pay for. A quality thermal/ day and night vision scope, thats AFFORDABLE ???.... That word means different things to different people.
This new scope may be made out of the same alloy as those FX pellets, UNOBTAINIUM ..you know...that were going to make all other pellets obsolete. How did that turn out?
Lip service is cheap, we will see how it turns out. But to get the SAME quality and sensitivity of a pulsar thermal as well as a clear day/night scope with a great processor so the digital image is sharp and clear..it will cost several thousand dollars. Which is affordable if the quality of both is there.
If you get the chance to look thru a really good thermal and night/day scope and then look thru a cheap/affordable to many one, you will see the difference.

Repurposed my FX Panthera Rail

The factory rail was terrible on the Panthera .. borderline criminal given the interference issue that shifted my POI as much as 0.8MILs at 50y when my bipod was mounted on the far end of my 700mm 22cal.

The original Leshiy is still my favorite PCP of all, but I liked the minimalistic Weaver rail on it. I pest starlings and critters with it daily shooting offhand, but it's always been way too light up front to be able to hold on target through the long trigger pull. I run a 3MOA red dot on it with a 3x magnifier, but I also tend to use my PVS-14 in place of the magnifier at night, and I've needed a better solution for extra rail space to run my Luna ELIR-3 and thermal monocular. I actually prefer these over the NOX18 thermal, because it gives me both thermal spotting and identification with the i2 analog NV using my L3 PVS-14 (that way I don't shoot my kitty cat in the backyard at night).

I modified and fabricated a few different hand rails for it, but wasn't thrilled with any of them. Realized the Panthera rail fits flush with the Leshiy and the top bridge fits perfectly around my shroud extension. Had to mill a little bit of material off of the Magpul AFG, and I also milled an aluminum Pic rail down so that slides into the AFG and slots into the bottom of the rail's M-LOK slot.

The rail stays in place nice and sturdy on its own (like a press fit), but I also used (2) set screws on the canted sides of the bridge to pin it down. Threw on some lightweight MOE rails and another light aluminum Pic railnthat I had with rounded corners for the front-left rail, which gives me just enough clearance to fold the stock flush.

Very happy with it. It's a hell of a lot more solid now than it was on the Panthera. The forward weight makes it sooooo much easier to control my shots (CG is right at the trigger).
Damn that's one hell of a setup!

FX  Here I am again

I very rarely share pics of my projects anymore !

My shortest crown configuration is right at 17 inches and makes just shy of 30 foot pounds bone stock .
=================================

Out of respect for rangur1 I will send you a pic in the Pm's as not to clutter up his thread lol . I truly hope he finds the perfect lil shooter for his friend .
Shoot! Pun intended. I was hoping to see more pictures. How about starting a new thread with pictures and details. I'd love to hear more about it to.

HW/Weihrauch  Weak guy springers

Don't be shy about stepping down a bit in power to an R7 (HW30). They are about 8 FPE and can be very accurate to 50 as long as the wind is low. Cocks with about the weight of your arm. They are also lighter which makes picking them up each time you cock them easier as well.
Beeman r1/HW30

You can shoot these all day and will never hurt nor get bored
