I'm selling my Taipan Veteran II Tactical .22 cal. with 700mm barrel. Had this rifle for about 6 months and it has been kept in like new condition and shoots perfectly. I needed a larger caliber so I got a .25 cal. and now I'm selling the .22. It has been most accurate with NSA 27.5 slugs and JSB 25.4 Knockouts. Comes as shown in the photos with everything it came with from the factory, 2 mags, single shot loader, owner's manual, spare O-rings, fill probe & pins for adjusting hammer spring.

Does he have a video on it? I wanna say he had a full tear down on a R5M or Lelya 2.0. Pretty simple guns to work on from what I remember having mine. Still miss my .22 standard. From the left is a 22 cal Webley with a gasram installed. Shots great but no sights and I never installed a scope on it. This one has been modded a bit with shortened barrel and refinished stock. The safety was removed to fit the ram. I bought a lot of rifles and this one was in there. The second is a Beeman Kodiak 25 cal. This one is a beast and shoots great as well. 330 cc bottle is more than enough to run a course with the Alpha / Delta Wolf.
I discovered that my desire for a hamaster aka palm rest was unnecessary because if you place your forward hand under the palm grip you can also lock your elbow into your side - or belly in my case. I wish i had some 3d printing skills / equip because the Alphawolf could benefit from a clip on / snap on / picatinny type forehand piece that would do what my barricade stop and 1/8" sticky neoprene piece are doing under the gaffers tape. at this point the girl is ready to rumble and except for some ranging issues on my part... the dope seems on with the Sightron SIII. Dicy close in holdovers but super simple from 24 yards to 55.

This is Part 1 of my Coyote#9 setup.

Lots of trial and error, but I learned along the way. I setup my blind 60 yards away from the new pit location where the farmer buries the dead cows and calves. Coyotes have been coming and going, digging up the dead cows.

I have attempted to stake out a few nights now but came up empty.

Be sure to watch out for Part 2 and Part 3.

a number of years ago I found one at a yard sale,. The old man said he had it as a kid.
Got it home and got it apart. As a kid, the former owner had cut nails into tiny pieces and used them for pellets.
A bunch of them worked into the piston tube, the leather piston was full of them.
I made a new leather piston seal, cleaned everything and lubed it. Very accurate for close range, maybe 400 FPS(?)
I tied a knot on the end of a string and hung it on a tree branch. I could hit that knot every time.

I lubed the upper cylinder with a small amount of silicone oil, just so it didn’t start out dry. I had no problems with it running after that.

This is an FX bottle valve I just pulled from a bottle I won at RMAC last year. I no longer own FX PCP's so the valve is for sale.

The weather was great! (Unlike our May 2024 rained-out match.) Light winds, partial clouds…even the bugs diminished as the match proceeded.

After sighting-in, everyone pitched in to move aside the sight-in stands, and we pulled the target strings to the starting posts. The target locations were spread out over two fields, one field (6 lanes) in the ‘open’, and the remaining 4 lanes within a fenced-in field. All great shooting from great shooters. Big thanks for the post-match help gathering in targets & concrete blocks. Also, great ideas how to dazzle us even more at the June 30th match…hope to see you there!

Had a good time. Couldn't have asked for a nicer day to be in the woods shooting FT. There were some memorable lanes with interesting target presentations. Many small KZs, but that didn't stop most of us from getting them.

Good first match at Atglen. Can't wait until next month's shoot to see how things change and improve.

i have not.. but i fear no less. honestly speaking though, i don’t think daisy as a company is dumb enough to screw it up so bad that the CPHP is gonna go to crap. i’m thinking that an increase in cost is about the most they’ll do. fingers crossed*

I had two guns that wouldn’t hold air or do much of anything. They were heavily used and then set in the corner for years. I think the total for both was under $100. As for shipping, box it up as you choose but if you ship in the original box that’s most likely how it will come back. Personally I would find a more robust box. Paperwork will find its way back also.
