Brocock/BRK  BRK Ghost question

Bought it new. It is about four months old. Unless I keep track of shots magazine will continue to cycle after last shot is fired. Just like my Brocock commander. For some reason I thought the side lever was supposed to lock open after mazazine was empty.
My .25cal mags go past the hole so the bolt won't close after the last shot.

Lazer wiring, question.

For attaching a pressure pad type switch, I use the heavy duty flavor of 3M double-sided tape

Times when I’ve decided to remove one gave me an appreciation for how well it holds. Usually rips apart the rubberized foam substrate in the process.
Thanks he said he actually has some of that.

Tuning  Decreasing Hammer Spring Increased speed???🤔

I figured out the problem. As the Desertsilver said the valve poppet bottom out and hammer got bounced back faster by the face of the valve. Fixed it using a round polyurethane rod cut and drilled in the center. That thing is a bit soft to bounce the hammer back. Can also make a bit of dwell because it takes a bit of time to absorb the hammer hit fully. Just need the right thickness to have the poppet moves backwards significantly.

sb327, I figured that next screw size would be m6 and need at least 5mm of hole to thread it. But I was afraid that the bigger hole might make it not air tight. So, I am looking for a Dremel bit with small head and shaft that I can somehow thread into the hole on top and grind to enlarge the transfer path. Before trying out with Dremel, I don't wanna step up the screw size yet because the aluminium has easy tendency of thread stripping and the anodize hardened threads that I currently have ensure not stripping threads easily. If I make new thread with a bigger hole, anodized area will be gone and it's hard or nearly impossible to anodize just that area alone.

Anyways, My problem in the title of this thread has been solved. So, it's a win for me. And thanks for all the ppl who helped.

Curiosity got me, shot 4 30 caliber slugs into my pool to see in slow motion, Hollow Point 62gn @ 900fps (made on Thor Press)

so I have looked at the pictures and, it's really neat..I understand it is cavitation but I was sure hoping to be able to see it in the water at various stages.. honestly if you wouldn't have put the arrow on the one sitting on the bottom I probably would have missed it..
so just a couple questions.. do you see it in any of the pictures on the way down? I don't,I assume it must be from the cavitation, all the air with the bullet.. I forgot if you were using hollow point but if naturally assume that what little air would fit in the tip would immediately dissipate when it flatten..
would be nice if someone could pick it out in a still frame and see how far it went before it flatten.. I'm going to assume from it that it was pretty immediate but it's just a assumption..
thank you for the pictures and video.. you are pretty amazing figuring out how to film it 😉
Mark
Go to the video, got to settings (the little gear looking thing bottom right of video) and set to slowest speed setting, then go to the 4th shot I did at 1min 32 sec ...probably best look at slug but you can't really see the slug initially because surrounded by air

Alpha wolf magazine weird issues!!!🤯

It is strange you would see something like that on a product in this class.
I have noticed on my Maverick i can easy put the barrel back in so far back i can not put in a magazine or tray, so i now put the barrel in with a magazine installed.

Tolerances are nice,,,,,, but you can also make them too tight.

Zulus question

To each his own, but I really don’t get why people go through all the hassle of making seperate profiles for different shooting distances. It takes quite a lot of work (i.e. time), and it is cumbersome to have to go into the menu every time to change profile for every different distance you shoot. If you make a ballistic table ONCE you are all set, and it is so user friendly afterwards! (Just aim at your target, press the range button, and press again, and the reticle moves to the right position to aim, or it shows the right holdover if you prefer that (but that sort of defeats the whole idea of it, that is why the pros dial in, and not use holdovers, just think about that for a second!).

I think people are put off by the thought that it is perceived as complicated to make a BC table (you have to measure the scopeheight, Ahhhh!, you have to find the BC of a pellet,Ouch!, you have to fill in all sorts of info in the app (of which some, like twist rate and other fields are not important as they are not even taken into account, so indeed the app could be improved in this regard), and you have to send this BC table to the scope, Awww:sick:) and overall it just seems too much trouble, as there is a small (but steep) learning curve that need to be conquered first.

So yes it does take a bit of effort, but it is well worth it! Like with all things in life, after you master something that seemed difficult or impossible at first, you wonder how you could do without, AND you are amazed you found it difficult before you mastered it!

edit: sorry answer in wrong topic, tried to delete but didn't work...

I know this has nothing to do with the screen locking up. I did cut off picture and picture and it seem to work fine, not sure why that was.
Regarding your post about profiles on a lot of the old Pard and ATN did not have the rangefinder on it to work with hold over, I setup different profiles on my Zulus for one reason my Daystate I shoot at 15 yard on low for rice, but if a raccoon come up I switch to high power so I change profiles, most of my shooting is at 15 yards

N/A  Scopes and gas rams?

Good luck, the few Hammers scope that I have were given to friends. I can't say anything good about them, sorry.
The Hammers scopes definitely aren't higher quality by any means, but considering the junk that's been included on any number of rifles I've bought, they're at least a couple steps above all of them.
