I've shot my Barra 1100z gen 1 in 22 cal out to 150 yards with 1 inch MOA with the Gamo Rockets 14.5 grain hunting pellets. Not a problem. I've now got the Barra 1100z gen 2 in 25 cal which has a internal regulator. If you want to you can pull the regulator out to adjust for more power. I spoke with Leo at Barra which sent me step by step instructions on how to turn the regulator up and is as followed in instructions below.

with the Barra 1100z gen 2 in 22 / 25 cal

The easiest way to get to the regulator is to first degas the gun. Once the gun has been degased insert the fill probe into fill port and use it as a tool to unscrew the fill assembly. Take care to be gentle with the o-rings as you remove and later reinstall this. Now you need to make a tool to pull the regulator out. The regulator has M15 - 1.5 threads on the end. By epoxying the nut with that same thread on the end of a metal rod ( using all thread ) and make a handle on the other end you can make a retrieval tool to pull the regulator. Insert the retrieval tool down the end of the air tube and carefully thread it on the end of the regulator taking care not to cross thread. Now pull the regulator out. Again taking care as the o-rings pass through the threaded end of the tube. Now that you've got the regulator out it can be adjusted. Begin by loosing the lock nut. To increase pressure use a flathead screwdriver to increase power turn the adjuster screw counterclockwise not more than 20 - 30 degrees at a time and to decrease pressure to the regulator turn the adjustment screw clockwise. Now reassemble as it was and from there testing with a chronograph is the name of the game. Follow the hammer spring adjustment procedures from there to fine tune for good efficiency and power at the new regulated setting. Thought I'd get this useful information out there. Happy shooting / hunting.

The main thing I like about the Rovyvon GL4 is it can optionally produce visibile light, a visible laser, or an IR light and IR laser in the various useful combinations. And it's the smallest unit I've found that can do all that.

You might question my sanity, you wouldn't be the first. I'd like to find an Ataman BP17 and spend the rest on filling up the ammo cabinet.

Sadly Denmark dont really have any race tracks, at best glorified gocart tracks,,,, and they are often closed CUZ god forbi a little tweedy bird sould get annoyed.
so not much chance to enjoy speed here in a legal manner, and illegal well as i said above can get really expensive.

I did just to see flow. Sometimes I think I have bad luck. I did get the 3 year warranty from Amazon although I'd rather it just work the way it's supposed to out of the box.

This is where I mounted it. Works well, comes on and stays on like it should when running.

The crown on my new Barra 250z is mediocre at best, and 1/2 of the leade is horrible, but it stacks MRDs at 50 yards. 100 yards is terrible...

Barrels are $40. I order two. We'll see what those are like and go from there...

I believe PayPal sees what buyers post in the comments field of purchases, so I ALWAYS instruct airgun buyers to never mention anything that in any way can be construed by ignorants as GUN! in their PP purchase comments. When it comes to GUNS!, ignorants don't distinguish airguns from firearms; often even when laws and regulations grant airguns immunity from prejudices.

I often print out airgun shipping laws or (company) shipping regulations to show anti-gunner clerks attempting to ruin my day. If they persist after being educated, I ask for their superior. In other words, repay their BS... WITH INTEREST!

The reason people and companies behave badly is because they get away with it. I go out of my way to hold bad actors to account for bad behavior; sometimes it works. Think Budweiser (Light).

You can never be over scoped - magnification maybe , but most are using variables so that is a mute point. only time i would say overscoped is if you need riser blocks to clear the front end over the barrel/shroud assembly. that gets detrimental to dialing in on something. unless you make up your own chart.

From LOTS and LOTS of testing around the 200 bar , or 50/55 bar over Reg 2, has proven to be the most consistent. It has also provided the most consistency in group sizes..

Certainly not saying its right for every application or for someone else , but in my M3 it works extremely well.

Is the n400 better than the zulus?

Just tuned mine in 25 cal...jets are 2 of the .04mm...26.8 grain NSA slugs...142 at regulator...950 fps....450mm barrel....LIGHTS OUT ZERO AT 40 YARDS!!!

Beautiful. That's an early model 85. I'm sure you know or it's been noted already. It's the same as an R10. It's an unique rifle. The new 85s are just a long barreled 95s. Still great rifles.

Cape Fear Airguns has a big list of consignment FX rifles. I’m sure Newman would or has went through them, being the former FX USA head tech. I’m sure you can haggle some too. They are the east coast FX warranty center also.

If you are using a ballistic app, there is a good chance that it will do all the math for you. For pellets below about 950fps, the GA drag model is fine. Your phone can give you the local environmental conditions either using a weather app to download current conditions or some phones have the sensors built in (iPhone).
