Other  Milbro Model 70 Series 77 Need replacement rear sight

i found none in the UK
you would be better of posting here
https://airgunforums.co.uk/
the sight is going to be a bit of a Unicorn

a Gamo rear sight could work if the holes matched up not correct but in this case close enough but would it fit
you would have to do some looking to find one and get it down under

Daystate  What type of connectors does Daystate use for the Alpha Wolf barrel-chronograph connection?

The gold plated are what is called a pogo pin connector. Multiple sizes on Amazon. The other one you can look at 3 pin electronic connector on amazon as well, you just need to know the sizes of both. Most listings have a good print of sizes.

Brocock/BRK  Replace Ghost Gauges?

I got the 25mm Sekhmet gauges mounted with dowty seals(hand tight only)and no leaks. They clock where they stop, so they will not be aligned perfect but both are very usable. If I had the 28mm, you can filp the display, but I wanted something simple, that just showed pressure.

The stock reg gauge started moving in steps, springing from 125-140 bar. It was about 4-5 bar low but the stock bottle gauge was reading low by 10 bar. Now I know what is going on with my rifle!

I did use these dowty seals and they are good quality, the washer is little thiner than the stock ones. https://www.anhosefittings.com/dowty-bonded-sealing-washer-m10-3-8-1-8-bsp.html

Hello shooters

What's up everyone! I just joined. I'm sure my story is similar to others. I bought a Gamo Shadow Whisper .177 at Wal-Mart 5 years ago. I handed down my 2 Daisy pump bb guns to my twins. It was time to shoot! Well the sights were garbage and I couldn't hit anything. I put the gamo away and forgot about it.
I am a firefighter, and moved to a new station that someone had a similar break barrel and metal targets. I shot it pretty well. So, I dusted off the gamo. I decided to upgrade the sights. I went with a 11 dovetail to 20 picatinny adapter and a pinty red dot. Cheapest I could find on Amazon. 🤣
Set up the red dot and sighted it in at 25m. Took it to work and did good with it. Everyone took turns. Another FF asked how much the red dot and rail were. He was surprised that it was under 30$. He said send him the link and that he was bringing his springer next shift. He has been trying to remove pests from his yard without any luck.
The pellet game has been interesting. Right now I'm on the Stoeg waddcutters 7.48 and they are performing well. I am ready to move up to a 10+gr and get ready for small game.
I've been looking up info in here for a couple of days. I've already learned so much. Artillery method! Thank you very much! I haven't even tried it yet but it makes so much sense. Triggers. Probably not going to do anything else to the gamo. Should be good for a couple of seasons and plenty of plinking. I will be saving up for a .22 airgun. I'm not sure what style or brand but, well under 1k. I think i might start hitting pawn shops and see what's out there.
That's my story. I look forward to hearing from y'all!

@Snead360 - Welcome to Airgun Nation. Having access to SCBA equipment might make you lean towards a PCP. Beware, the PCP rabbit hole is deep and can get expensive really quickly. Watch a bunch of videos on youtube and budget accordingly.

Take a look at the Benjamin Marauder .22 for your first PCP rifle. Probably the best budget PCP out there. Been around for ever and American made. Well built and powerful. There are tons of youtube videos on the rifle and pistol versions.

Springers are much easier on the budget. Plus there are trigger upgrades available to improve your accuracy.

Pellet wise I suggest purchasing quality pellets. They really help with accuracy. JSB 8.44 and 10.3's are great pellets and will usually work in most air rifles. Twenty-two caliber best pellets are still the JSB 16 and 18's are bench mark and worth the cost.

I suggest reading the forum rules and guidelines. Once a user is "established" and has made at least 10 quality posts they are granted access to the Member Classifieds. There are usually some really good deals there.

Have fun and enjoy the forums. They are a great place to hang out and scammers are quickly weeded out by the admins. Some of these guys have forgotten more about pellet rifles than I will ever know.

FX  FX Impact - 1st stage regulator to delete or not - my study.

I've had my M3 just a little over 2 years and shooting .30 cal. First reg set at 160, second just a tad over 100. I shoot 45 gr pellets at 885 fps and, so far, it works perfectly. I do know from past experience with other FX rifles that if I start making large adjustments in the regs, they will start to creep because of the age of the O rings. At that point, I will rebuild them as I have done with the others.

N/A  PP700 S A

I have the PP750 and everyone was saying the PP700 was a better pistol, So I bought one just to check it out, Is it better ? , I am going to say NO, I will say both are great guns for the price , But I want say ones better than the other ,
Mike
I have both. Plinking I like the PP750/Notos more. My PP700SA is a more consistently accurate carbine.

Benjamin vintage pellets 5mm

On the probability the pellets that you got with an old Sheridan Blue Streak are also Sheridans, the information you've gotten about those pellets is ancient. They're neither super accurate, nor exceptionally hard hitting by modern standards. Yellow box Sheridans will likely out-penetrate most pellets, but JSB 13.73 grain pellets will shoot rings around Sheridan pellets, for accuracy.

I've owned and tested several Blue Streaks. See the attachment below for details-

Air Venturi  AV Avenger Bullpup, Reg in the Red?

So I got a resolution. I REALLY gotta hand it to Air Venturi. After the fast email and advice to adjust, I decided to call. The tech (Ted) was great. Explained it all and offered to send a new regulator. We talked it thru and although I do feel comfortable doing the replacement, the guns only 2-3 mo old. I felt it's best that they do it. Told me 3-5 weeks but typically on the low end of that.
Now that it's packed up I'm a little regretful for not digging in myself. He told me it wouldn't void the warranty doing it per their advice. This was though I know it'll be right.
He told me that although over time drift can be common, a failure like this is rare. Just my luck I guess.

I'll update when I get it back.
Thanks to everyone for the advice.
