Who comes to mind when looking for quality big bore slugs?

What do you look for to determine a quality slug? I know what I look for when casting my own slugs, just wondering what you consider good.

N/A  Accuracy ? "BSA post war era accuracy".

in a shooting book from the 1920s or 30's an article I had talked about putting one in a machine rest and getting poor accuracy. The author found it only shot well when shot in prone held lightly. So the "artillery hold" is quite old.I posted the article years ago on another forum but can't recall what book it was in!

Curse you beerthief!!! I was curious after reading your post so i went on the woods and waters site to have a look for myself. Now look at what you just made me go do. Been wanting a full stock for the 1720 for some time now. The beautiful Corcoran wood that's currently on the 1720 will replace the oem plastic on my prod.

Is the cylinder empty (no pressure) ? You don't mention this.

All...moving parts can benefit from lubrication. I use Lucas Gun oil, exclusively on all of my co2 and PCP guns moving parts. If it rotates, rubs or slides, lube it.
Most use Pellgun oil on the top of the cylinder before...installing it into the gun. Your instructions may have noted this.

Omega HP3 Valve: Received Without Packaging and Appears Used - Need Clarification on Gauge and Original Packaging

I have that same Acecare tank, and I use the Saber Tactical valve on it with that ST adaptor. Works great. I did have to fix leaks on the ST valve as received, but other than that all is well (I tested it out on a 500cc bottle to verify all was good before filling the big tank, and I was glad I did).

Anybody know if the standard size saber tactical TRS works with the 600mm integrated harmonic barrel tuner?

I've already got the saber tactical TRS top rail standard size on my gun.... It's only like an inch past the shroud to the end of the barrel on the 600 mm.... Just wondering if the FX integrated harmonic barrel tuner will work?
Not sure if that extra distance on the harmonic tuner is going back down the barrel or they made it longer???

Airforce  Regulating an older model Air Force Condor

I have the old Talon SS, no gauges, dead simple. I run on a twenty shot curve using the chrony and simple hammer spring preload wheel. Like my old single shot 30-06, I try for one shot kills :) I get more power out of my unregulated rifles but more (slower) shots out of my regulated rifle. Now I want 4.5k psi bottles to keep that regulator happier in the long run... I would suggest to step back and just use a rifle for the type shooting you want.

I need help badly. I just bought a Hatsan Gladius long for a really good deal at one of those places that gets Amazon returns and such. Well upon further inspection I’ve learned that it’s missing a few things like the barrel internals lol any help on where I can get these replacement parts would be huge!! Thank you in advance.

Diana  Sell Price for Diana 54 Pro?

Sold my Air King today for $450 via consignment at a local gun shop. Lost 15% service charge, but didn’t have to fiddle with shipping or worry about being scammed. Couldn't be happier.

On viability of springers, I enjoy mine and shoot them more often than my PCPs for some reason. And a top quality springer is still a lot cheaper than even an entry level PCP plus tank or compressor from an established brand like FX, Daystate or Air Arms. They still have their place in my opinion.
