Airgun Technologies  Vulcan 3 HP 25 sudden speed loss

I forgot to mention I have tried different springs and they were bad I set my regulators to 175 bar and the factory spring is not able to open the valve at such high pressure right now Im using talon tunes heavy spring and it Is very consistent high quality spring you may want to give it a try
Really hard to find a stronger spring in the UK. Any idea what's the highest reg pressure you can get with the original spring. Do you also do adjust the firing valve

filling a small tank from a big tank

Not to hack or steal thread. This is wat im wondering too. But from 45min tank at 3000psi. And to fill a gun, (not tank) to 3000psi/250 bar. How many fills can i expect to get. I ask because i tried to fill a hatsan jet2 (250bar) with a .45l bottle (250 bar) And it didnt even fill it due to same max pressure. I was hoping at least 1 fill. But didnt.
Well, first off, 3000 psi is only 207 bar, so if you are trying to fill a 250 bar gun from that you are way short to start with . . . 250 bar is 3625 psi (~14.5 psi per bar). You say you have a 45 minute tank, and those are almost always fill to a max of 4500 psi / 310 bar. But if your tank is not full and only at 3000 psi, then you can't fill even to that level when you add a reservoir to it that is below that level.

Air pressure will always equalize at a level that is between the high and low pressure levels of the two tanks that are connected together, and will do so based on the formulas I described to the OP in reply #5. Read it a few times if needed, and try to work it out based on what you have yourself - you need to know the volume and pressure of the two tanks involved, but it is easy to figure out once you understand it . . . . and you can do the math in either PSI or Bar, as long as your units are the same for both tanks.

Umarex  Umarex Notos Exploded Diagram for Porting and Trigger job

The Notos is very quiet.
Im courious how much louder it gets, after simply porting.
Is there a noticable difference?

You'd be increasing the max flow rate of the porting, thus increasing pressure behind the pellet and down the barrel, resulting in more energy. Yes it would be noticeable to someone with good hearing, the younger the person the more noticeable (hearing worsens as we age, regardless of damage).

Yong Heng pressure runaway issue

In the 4 or so years I've been using a compressor I've yet to have any 2 gauges read exactly alike. Always a couple hundred lbs discrepancy. I just average it out.
Agreed. Although you would expect them to stay in direct relation to each other as the pressure goes up... vs... ticking along together and then one suddenly shooting up nearly 1000psi higher than the other in a matter of just a couple seconds. As if there was a sudden blockage high up in the hose line.

Much like you see when you're doing a leak test with just a single plugged off line. Only taking a few seconds to go from 0 to 3k.

Uragan Behemoth combo.

Hi .. do you have an idea when the uragan 3 600mm will be in US and if the price would be similar to the U2 .. + does the barrel in the 600mm will be unchoke....?
I don’t know any of this info. I believe the 600mm will not be choked as it’s not choked currently. It seems AGT has embraced producing slug shooters!

Crosman  Pellets sticking in loading breech of Crossman 140

i would guess the pellets you are using you have been using so pellet problem maybe not
but what does the Crosman 2240 pistol have that this rifle is showing now as stated above the pellet hanging up on the breech screw
the simple fix has always been some black candle wax over the screw and that is what i would try black, white, green who cares
i small birthday candle and smooth out and test

Umarex  Umarex Zelos hammer spring

They may be too stiff for the Zellos but a hammer spring from a Bullshark or P35X might help if you can get somebody to order one for you from SPA (and you are patient, SPA only seems to ship parts with guns and suppliers only get a shipment or two a year). My P35s and my Bullshark have a hammer spring 8.5mm in diameter with 1.2mm wire and 55 mm long. My P35X has a hammer spring that is 8.5mm diameter with 1.3mm wire and the spring is 48 mm long. I'd love to have several P35X springs for my P35s.

The valve diameter has a lot to do with how much hammer spring force is necessary to open the valve. Older P35s and Bullsharks have a plastic 8 mm valve. My bullshark and my P35X had brass poppets that are smaller in diameter (and thus easier to open). I don't know what the Zellos has but in pictures it appears to be brass and looks like my bullsharks and P35X. P35s cannot open the valve with the regulator set at 150 bar or above. If I had both a Zellos and a P35 I would try swapping springs. Might help both guns.

8.5mm springs are rare as I think you are finding. I tried an 8mm spring in my P35-177 and it kind of worked but there is a pin on the hammer spring adjuster that goes up inside the spring and was tight enough the spring bound a little on it. I shortened the stock spring 1 turn and it helped.

N/A  Airgun Regulations in Mexico

You're undoubtedly right and I'm sure we'll first see these kinds of laws at the state and local level, but I don't think we should do a damn thing to try and pacify these people. They don't like the fact that we're armed period and they won't stop by banning big bores or full-autos. In parts of Australia they have actually banned gel blasters. That's right, glorified squirt guns are items far too dangerous to trust the citizenry of Australia with. There is simply a puritanical element of the left that thinks that any armament or simulated armament of any kind should be banned for civilians and we shouldn't give in to them because there is absolutely nothing to gain by doing so.
Plenty to lose if we do give in though.

Umarex  Bottle upgrade alignment?

is that a burst disc on the side 5000 psi?
is that front lens resting on the rail? looks close from that angle
not sure if the same shims will work like they do for the notos
but they make different sizes in .1mm increments i shimmed my plenum extension with them worked mint
maybe you could do the same?
Yes 5000 psi burst disc, no the scope does no contact the rail

RTI  Some Mora

My Mora in 357 will out shoot my Slayer 357 at close to the same power level. The Mora is also quieter than my Slayer by a large margin. The Slayer definitely is more robust. It wouldn't faze me if I dropped my Slayer but if I dropped my Mora I would be looking it over carefully. This isn't saying it isn't well made, just not built as tough as the AAA guns. I have a bunch of other 357 cal guns, Impacts, Ataman, Benjamin, Evanex. The Mora is much better than them. Way more regulated power and can fit the long slugs. And it will out shoot all of my other 357.
Awesome thanks for the response. Just ordered a mora sniper in .25.

Awesome. Was looking for a platform to shoot high bc slugs at high fps. I eradicate deers pigs and goats usually in close proximity to houses and have a fx mk2 .30 that gets around 90ft/lb energy and have taken down over 100 medium size animals with all headshots. That being said i have to back up shot bigger animals as i dont have the penetration at 90 ft/lbs. Couple buddies i hunt with have .357 fx king and .357 AEA challeger pro and with them shooting hollow pt slugs they still have trouble with penetrating skulls as i think the shot placement has to be squared up to get a solid impact and energy dump Just ordered the mora sniper in .25 as i hope will be the skull puncher with ATP 60gr queens going at 120 ft/lb.
