Hold Over for Daystate Wolverine

I am shooting a Daystate Wolverine 25 cal using a 39 g pellet at 839 ft/sec. My holdover at 70 yards is 6”. Does this seem normal or excessive?
Do you mean your pellet drop is 6”? I would think that you could increase reg pressure to pick up FPS to roughly 890fps, which would decrease your pellet drop.

Confidence Builder

Congrats on the new HW97, and your good shooting. I would slightly modify the old saying to state, perfect practice makes improved results. Otherwise, the old definition of stupidity kicks in, "doing the same thing over and over and expecting better results." The benefit of a good coach helps prevent the latter.

Discovery Optics (Gen 2) ED-Z Glass (5-25X 56mm ED-PRS Scope) on an SK19 Video

Here is a quick video about the Discovery Optics ED-PRS 5-25X rifle scope Gen 2. Great scope for $289. My camera would not focus on the crosshairs very well at times, but they were razor sharp to my eye, which is what I adjusted the eye piece for. My SK19 had the seals redone at Palm Beach Airguns and they left the rate of fire screw backed out too far.

FX  Ordered an FX Impact M4 .30 cal Copper 600mm, now what?

It works great on my .25 cal, but it's not 100 FPE! I guess if it were, then I guess I would need more moderation...
Worked great on my 63 fpe .25 cal. However quiet is a different term in the airgun world than to many 🤷‍♂️

Benjamin  Marauder History

I do not understand "old relic" as I shoot PB rifles that are as modern as anything made today or are the same model even as today and they are over 100 years old as are often the designs themselves. I think what makes the M-Rod classic is that it does not forgo simplicity for the latest fad and uses common materials and O-rings that may make the rifle still useful that 100 years from now. It could use a side lever and aluminum tube from the factory, just saying.
I meant it kindly. I have a .17 and .25 marauders and Everytime I take them out to shoot I fall in love with them again.
Everyone ( including me ) lately seems to be into carbines and more compact lightweight versions of airguns.
I’ll just say Maruaders have a place in air gun history as the first real self tunable rifle for the masses.
I meant no disrespect to you nor the gun.
Gen 1 is the OG

FX  The new trigger group on the Impact M4

By looking at that I would be afraid to adjust it. Looks like it would be super easy to get lost forever in horrible trigger land.
It's not as complicated as it looks, one grub screw is longer than the others, you just move that one to the position you want for the standard, match or hunter grade trigger. All the rest of the adjustments are pretty much the same.

Guns and Ammo airgun of the year award

We the actual owners with our own dollars have stolen their thunder...and they desperately want it back. Another domino fell just a few weeks ago if you are in the real estate game. Same thing, when the ability to communicate freely and easily world wide changes all games. Was it Confucius? May you live in interesting times. My fave? Change, it is the ONLY constant. For an exercise, grab a Guns and Ammo or other from 20 years ago and read a gun review. Downright quaint when read through the lens of today.
Dude I saw a very old G and A with a guy carrying small of back wearing a vest (a freaking VEST) and the only reason you could see it is bc he was reaching up to close the hatch on his minivan. There were ads in the back for adhesive for mag lights on shotguns.
